Everybody's favorite southern restaurant, at least better then Jack in the box, might have to try that one again but Jack's also isn't that unique compared to something like Milo's but look on the bright side, there are plenty of things positive!

Service: Entered into the restaurant, was greeted upon arrival, nice. I was gonna look at the menu a bit and take my time so they were chill about it, not rushing me at all. Asked for a strawberry milkshake, boneless wings (NEW!!), fries, a large drink and a chicken wrap (also new). They delivered as I said firmly, for here.

Atmosphere: Just your typical old style restaurant, not that many people here but you know it gets serious sometimes when there are more customers then workers, every table has these little cut out thingys that advertise family meals or something related to food but it gets me hyped up for more, and more and did I forget to mention, more?

Food: Ight, yall gotta try this out, it's only for a limited time too, they got boneless wings now, yep no cap 🧢 if you are a wing lover, you're bound to come here, they got different flavors, normal BBQ, kickin BBQ which is like a spicer version and probably honey mustard as well. Their chicken wrap is small but tasty, fries are to be expected with little to no seasoning, wish they had more 🙏🙌 and get this a strawberry milkshake $3.39 (SMALL) is more then a large drink $1.99 crazy how that works lol but strawberry good, but not as good as arby's

I stop in here all the time and love how fantastic the service is! The workers are always friendly to me! Food is always hot, and the fries are absolutely scrumptious, too. The only problem I've ever had is the cheese dust never seems evenly spread, but beggars can't be choosy! If you want some good eats, this might be your stop.

They were shorted handed with only 2 employees who were in training while I was and even though the service was slow they did an amazing job, I wish I had gotten there names, but they did awesome compared to how many orders they were making 👏👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been here at least 100 times and it's always Great. This Jack's serves delicious chicken. The staff is always helpful. Come here for good tasting crinkle fries. Yum

Smoked Sausage Breakfast Sandwich is an entire meal in itself! So good! We frequent Jack's for breakfast in the weekends. Its a very popular spot here in Helena - the drive through line is all the way around the building sometimes.

The lady that took my order this morning was extremely polite and definitely knows what she's doing with customer service. I just wanted to say thank you to her, all restaurants need to learn from her. I believe her name was Sharon Grimes, or that's the name on the receipt.

I’m leaving this review specifically to share what a wonderful team member you have in LaDarius R. LaDarius is always a joy to be around, and he makes all the difference in delivering a positive, amazing experience. This location had gone downhill, and LaDarius shows how one positive team member can change a culture. Management - recognize what a great person LaDarius is, and seek out more like him. I’ve come back to your location thanks to him!

Just picked up breakfast and was very impressed by the young man at the window. Very polite and helpful.

The team at Jack's in Helena, Alabama is outstanding. They are efficient, personable and ensure our order is correct every time. We usually go through the drive-thru. The food is fresh, hot and good quality. Bonus: If you have a dog with you (and they're not out) they will give your dog a treat. Biscuits are awesome. Chicken tenders and fries are good. Burgers again, hot, fresh and good.

I went there for breakfast and the service was on point. Everyone was nice and friendly. There was no problem with the food either. The breakfast was good and there are no complaints here.

I’m reading all of the bad reviews and I’m kind of shocked that some people have had a bad experience. I eat here all the time and have never met a rude employee. The kids are very friendly. There’s one girl in particular that is super sweet. I don’t know her name though. The food is always fresh and hot. Sometimes the iced coffee isn’t made correctly, but they ALWAYS fix it without hesitation. I love this Jack’s.

Their Smoky Mountain Fudge Milkshake is incredible. Sometimes you can get this shake for a mere $2.50, and it outdoes most $10 shakes you'll find at nice sit-downs. If you like chocolate, don't miss this gem.

As far as food, my favorite is the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Cheese and Comeback Sauce.

I only recently discovered that Jack's has a regular hamburger for around $1.50. The last time I checked their prices I thought everything was too expensive so I never bought anything there. It's a good burger!

Exceptionally clean. Good food. Menu includes several dishes and sides that are more typical from a non-fast food establishment, making this much better than run-of-the-mill fast food/hamburger restaurants.

And since the last early 1960's, Jack's customers have been going 🎶 'back, back, back to Jack's, Jack's, Jack's, for more, more, more!' 🎶

Best chicken! Great breakfast items.
They have fresh, not frozen, chicken, hand coated and served fresh. Biscuits made each morning. Veggies prepped each morning. Real ice cream milk shakes.

Jacks in Helena is great for breakfast and dinner. Biscuits are 80% well made. Their burgers and chicken fingers are wonderful. Great fast and friendly service. They even have dog treats in the drive thru for my dog.

The food was really good. And customer service was good as well... although the drive thru girl was kind a rude do I ended up going inside. And they switched it around
