Store will not answer the phone.....bought a 3-year battery from them and battery died on me in Yuma, AZ. Went to Napa here in Yuma and they can't exchange the battery due to franchise vs corporate policy without the right information and this location will not answer the phone. Both myself, friend and location all called this Tempe location from 3:45pm-5pm and no answer. Just cost me $160.

They had the absolute best deal on a battery for my SUV, by far! They were also the only local auto parts store that offered a promo code discount that could be applied to batteries as well; and the next day delivery was fast and free-when I brought the core back from my old battery, the delivery guy saw me and offered to have taken it back with him for me. I will absolutely shop here again :-)

Good bunch of folks help you the best they can , some are young and lack experience,all are willing to step out of there comfort zone and try to help

NAPA is my preferred Auto parts Store because they have the parts for my Chevy vehicles all the time. It's a little more expensive than others but they carry the correct parts.

I have been going to this location for the last few years and I am always impressed with how fast the service is to recognize you need help, talk to you in order to understand what you need, and give advice or other options once they understand your situation. They have some great guys working there and it is a very friendly environment that makes you feel comfortable. Don't be surprised if you hear some friendly banter, easy to crack a smile while getting what you need in there.

I typically go with the Napa Gold line and have not been disappointed. Picking up a Napa Legend battery today for my PT Cruiser and you just can't beat an 18 month replacement with 75 month pro-rated warranty. The prices are awesome considering the quality. You definitely get what you pay for with automotive products and you can't go wrong with Napa products because it is quality they will stand behind.

Have a UPS style coffee truck (1988 GMC P3500) and had to redo the entire fuel system. Came in with my fuel tank assembly to see if they could help me find parts that are difficult to come by. Louie took the time to comb through a bunch of inventory for me and eventually found what I needed. He was incredibly friendly, as was the whole crew, and I ended up finding all the parts I needed. Saved me so much time. I already talked to them about replacing my brake lines next. Def go here. Great service and they will earn your business.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a parts store. The staff went above and beyond measuring the internal diameter of my vacuum lines to make sure I got the right one. Best auto parts store period.
