I had some help from Alex. Great guy, very helpful. Customer service is over and behind greatness. Water given to you if needed. They are patient with you. Understanding environment. If I could work here I sure would. Keep the work up and so other T Mobile stores why y'all are the best in town. I'll give this place a 9.7/10

Had an awesome experience here and it was mainly because of Safi Q's service. He is very knowledgeable and professional! He went above and beyond. Made us aware of applicable promotions, was timely with service, and setup our new phones/account. Would definitely return for business.

Yesterday afternoon, I contacted the store and spoke with Juan. He was very pleasant and actually pinpointed for me their location in the mall (I don't go to the mall much). I arrived and was immediately assisted by Jay (Manager); what a professional and personable young man, he is all that and with a sense of humor 😃 as well as knowledgeable on T-Mobile products and services. Jay got me squared away quickly and made this process so smooth and painless, given I upgrade every 10+ years or so 🙃🤣😂 (seriously). It took several hours to transfer data from the old to the new phone 📱, (text messages, but we won't talk about that right, Jay 🤣😂). But, we made it work, transferring all data and then sending text messages to the cloud so I could restore later. Maddie assisted, and I can't recall the other managers name, but they let me stay after closing (I sat in the mall outside the store) to let the cloud backup complete, (we got to 85% backup and I called it), we factory reset the old phone (thanks Maddie) and I was on my way. While awaiting the data transfer, I observed all the associates, (Juan, Maddie, William, Jay, the other manager and another associate who fixed the printer 🖨, my apologies I didn't catch the last two names), but they're all quality professionals, personable, kind and knowledgeable about their products and services as well as having a good sense of humor. I really enjoyed watching all of them work and interact with people of all walks with different needs and situations. They all work well together ❤ and genuinely look to meet the customers' needs. This, by far, was one of the best experiences upgrading a phone 📱, thank you 😊 team especially Jay. I'll definitely be back in the near future.

Phenomenal experience getting some help with number change and new SIM cards for lines ony plan. Zamira addressed all of my questions and concerns with my account and provided swift, friendly service with a smile while coordinating with other colleagues to make sure no one had a long wait. The entire staff served customers with great service, respect, and a smile.

Feb23 we were in Potomac mills mall T Mobile store, Bryan was the one helped us.He takes his time to explaining which plan work the best for us, after we purchased plan and phone, Bryan was very kind help us to transfer all the pics ,conversations...him and Jay work together helped us with our special needs- transfer conversations for wechat.

My experience with Jay and Mike was nothing short of excellent. Despite arriving at the store just before closing time, they were both extremely friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to assist me with my purchase, even though they had technically already closed for the night.

Their efficiency was truly remarkable. Jay and Mike worked quickly to help me find the perfect phone and plan for my needs. They were knowledgeable about the products and services offered by T-Mobile and were able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. They also went above and beyond to ensure that the checkout process was fast and seamless, allowing me to complete my purchase and get on my way in no time at all.

Overall, I would highly recommend Jay and Mike at the T-Mobile store inside Potomac Mills Mall to anyone in need of a new phone or mobile plan. Their customer service was exceptional, and their dedication to helping me find the perfect product and service was greatly appreciated. Thanks to them, I am now a satisfied T-Mobile customer and would not hesitate to return to this store for any future mobile needs.

Really helpful sales staff. Incredibly knowledgeable compared to other T-mobile stores. They helped me clean up a mess that the Gainesville-Atlas store created. I would highly recommend going to this store over others. They were efficient, kind, and knowledgeable.

I visited T-Mobile at the Potomac Mills Mall and was assisted by staff Zamora. She was quite helpful and took care of the issue I had with my phone. I asked her questions and was very knowledgeable in explaining answers to me. She made me quite comfortable talking with me and I greatly appreciate it. I hope all staff can emulate her attitude. She is the best!

I went to T-Mobile due to having a cracked phone. All of the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, but one who stood out was Zamira. She went above and beyond to look up numbers and find accessories for me as well. When I returned from getting my phone fixed, she stopped what she was doing to apply a screen protector on my new phone. She is amazing and any store would be lucky to have her

Recently changed to T-mobile best decision ever and the sales rep that helped me out was amazing. Michael Hughes is a 5 star agent in customer service. Highly recommend it because of his expertise and motivation to look out for the best deals for customers

This location is amazing. Yes the wait time is long but its a busy location and i came on a weekend also but the team is very helpful. Worth the wait. I was taken care of by Mike and his manager Zamira. His manager is a great multi tasker helping staff, answering questions, helping all customers and smiling the entire time. Amazing experience!!

I came into the store last week and it was crazy busy. Zamira immediately greeted me and my mom and asked us for our information. She gave us a wait estimate and continuously followed up with us regarding our turn. During our wait we saw her run around the whole store helping reps, customers, and answering everybody’s questions while still checking in with everyone waiting. She then introduced us to the sales person and continued to check in with us throughout the entire process. I believe our rep was Benjamin. He was very nice, honest, and personable. We have been coming here for years but this was by far our best experience.

Nice nice store organized, and people were very helpful. Alex was excellent with service today. Answered all my questions and I walked out feeling good about my purchase.

My mistake...first review didn't have the 5 star rating...

I want to commend the T-Mobile staff at this store, but particularly Mike Hughes.
I came in with a problem concerning a new Galaxy S23 Ultra about a half an hour before closing on 4 March. The staff welcomed me and I was paired with Mike to resolve my problem.
This guy went 200% in trying to resolve my problem. Even when the troubleshooting went beyond the 9PM closing time, Mike continued to work hard to try to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, despite trying several fixes and engaging with T-Mobile support personnel via phone he was unable to resolve the issue.
At no time did he or the other staff try to rush me out and, in fact, I was the one who felt so bad about keeping the staff for nearly an hour beyond closing trying to resolve the issue that I waved the white flag for the night. I later found out my issue was a quirk of the phone related to eSIM usage.
Even when we called an end to the troublshooting, Mike arranged to put me on his appointment schedule the next day where we were finally able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction fairly quickly.
I strongly feel T-Mobile reps like Mike should be singled out for praise and recognition for superior customer service.
He turned a frustrating issue into a solution I was happy with and I'm grateful for his assistance.
Visit this store first for any of your T-Mobile service needs.

Had the best experience with all the staff when I was trying to unlock my phone. It should’ve been done over the phone with customer service representative, but the store staff Ronda helped out with very positive attitude. I usually don’t go to on-site stores but if I have any issues I just come here and the staff takes care of me.

I went to this store looking to switch providers and Jay helped us right from the beginning. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and took care of me and my girlfriend when it was busy. He took the time to answer all my questions and even helped us with transferring our original numbers from the previous providers on to our new phones. Jay went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of.

Zamira at T-mobile had amazing customer service today. She greeted me with an awesome personality, once I walked into the store. She helped me with my phone service issues I was having. Zamira is an amazing employee and I loved the quality of help and customer service that was provided.

Amazing customer service in store! Khalik helped me deal with a mess that a competing provider left me with when the primary on my old phone plan passed away. He was extremely patient while helping me switch to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to make sure all of my issues were resolved. All of the other store employees that I interacted with were very welcoming and knowledgeable as well. Great experience!
