A Team at this store. Professional and very courteous with help shutting down my father's account after he passed and processing a refund for overpayment.

Wanted to pre-ordered the new Galaxy S24 ultra, The moment i walked in everyone greeted me and took my name, it was busy so i knew it was going to take time, I was helped by a short guy, I forgot his name but he was very friendly. He explained everything in detail and went over my plan. The only thing they did not have was a good S24 ultra accessories, they only had 2 cases. The location is busy so if you need to do something quick use the app or care so you dont have to wait like i did.

I have to give my most recent visit a five stars… Mrs. Yulieth actually helped me save money and was very honest. She was not rushing to make a sale and just push me out the door. She listen and delivered and my home internet is working fabulous. I’m truly thankful for her help and guidance.

Went back to the store work with the sales person.
Get everything clear that all that was on my part and I so apologize. Please let her know I will have written because she did fully explain everything once I came back in. I so appreciate her service.

I lost my phone sat night and needed a new one Stat! ISAIAH A helped me out and he was very knowledgeable and was able to help with everything I needed. . I got a new model which was an update , got the old phone remotely erased and logged into to my Google account which backed up all of my contacts . I even was able to save $70 on my wifi by switching to t-mobile wifi . THANK YOU ISAIAH. YOU SAVED MY LIFE

Great Service!! I spent quite some time in your store today. I came to transfer my expensive sprint bill to T-Mobile. Richie was so kind and helpful during this entire process. Richie called sprint 3 times and we were hung up on twice. While waiting, I realized that y’all do not have enough seats or the comfy mats. My feet hurt after all that time standing today. I also noticed a few employees coming in and out quickly. I can’t believe y’all are still doing 30 minute lunch breaks. I can’t order, eat nor digest my food in that time. People need time to rest and relax. Furthermore, I noticed that this store is open late. Apparently, this is the only store open until 9 pm and now 10 pm for the holidays. What did they do to deserve this other than being great employees? If one T-Mobile closes at 8, then we should all close at 8. All for One and One for All. Let them go when everyone else goes. It’s only fair. Just a few observations from my time spent in your store today. Richie, Sam and Kim you guys are great!!! Thank you for making my time spent in your store today enjoyable regardless of the multiple hang ups from sprint. Y’all deserve a raise and a hour lunch break!!!

Went in yesterday to switch carriers as it was a great experience. Spoke with Juan and team were patient, personable, and really tried to understand our needs from Tmobile to get the best value. I recommend scheduling an appt the day prior for weekends, but overall great team and service! 👍🏽👍🏽

I was in last night about an hour before closing because my phone was broken and I needed a new one. The guy who assisted was super helpful and I felt he went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a great one. He answered all of my questions, gave me a recommendation on a phone, gave me a demonstration on the functionality, and was really helpful on helping pick out accessories. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could mention it in this review because he definitely deservers a shout out.

This review for the mobile T company in general, it is disrespectful that after you have been in a plan with them for 10 years, now you are forced to pay more for a plan if you want to make a trade-in because otherwise you do not qualify and they don't give you anything for your phone, which plan is the same includes the same but only more expensive, I think they should think carefully about their promotions and think about their long-standing customers

They were all amazing always smiling and very polite and very helpful. I enjoy myself every time I walk in this store . David Miller really looks out for everyone . I even applied to work here myself I’m crossing my fingers. I get the interview and job. They get 5 stars in my book.

Ran in to the store this morning with a phone that wouldnt unlock. Isaiah took a quick look and within minutes, the phone was back to normal. Knowledgeable, calm, and funny representative. Thank you so much, Isaiah!!
