I've gone to a couple of places before for device repair, and this one is by far the best; do not waste your time or money going anywhere else but here. They're fast workers, they're reasonably priced, and the staff have always been super friendly and helpful to both me and my boyfriend. They've helped us with a lot and have eased a lot of our stress when something needs repair. I always know I can rely on these guys for any of my device repair needs.

they saved my butt that's for sure. Fixed my screen long enough for me to use smart switch to transfer all my data and only charged me 35 bucks. I gave them 100! Will definitely tell anyone I know with phone problems to come here. 5 stars for sure!!

This place is amazing! My son shattered the screen to his iPad that he uses for school! I brought it here and walked out about 45 minutes later with it beautifully fixed and a nice iPad cover for a very reasonable price! They totally saved the day!!

They saved my life!!.I went in from work with a shattered screen,worried about waiting times,hidden fees and shoddy repairs.My phone looks brand new.The technicians were courteous,patient and answered all my questions.They provided honest advice and my screen was fixed in 30 minutes.For a Galaxy note 20 ultra 5G their prices were fair and I didn't have to wait for them to order the screens from elsewhere.Thank you so much!!!!!

Great experience with a shattered back glass on iphone 13 pro..Sammy was awesome, price was decent and phone looks brand new. The only thing that was concerning was him asking for the pin to the phone which we gave him but later thought that shouldn't really be necessary. I am trusting that they are professionals and would not risk their business and reputation by doing shady things. I would definitely go back but probably wouldn't give my passcode again. If it is required I might have to go elsewhere. So far, nothing has happened as a result of doing it but I just feel like I shouldn't have. Good experience. Was done in about 2 hrs!

I visited the Potomac Mills locations. Excellent customer service! Prices are reasonable and the wait time was not bad at all! I've already referred a few friends and family to this place!

Service was good as always left really happy, asked them if they could fix my phone screen which was giving me problems and froze on me, gave me a good reasonable price and was happy with it got my phone back in less than 20 minutes.

I went in to get a screen on an S21 Ultra replaced.
Shathil (The owner?) had the parts in stock (Ubreakifix did not) and saidf the repair would take 30 minutes.
I was able to get my phone fixed in under an hour where the other guys said it would take a week for parts and a 4 day fix.
The price was cheaper. They had military discount. They were friendly, prompt, and courteous. It literally was a 5 star experience.
I could NOT be happier.

My Sumsung galaxy S10+ dropped in water and stopped working. There were thousand of pictures and videos of my family. I tried several data recovery stores but non of them could figure out. So I was very disappointed to lose them. After visiting Mobile Zone I dropped my phone for data recovery. To be honest, I didn’t have any expectations, but the team was very helpful they could fix my phone with whole data and files within an hour. For a very affordable price.
I am very satisfied with the service, pleasant reception, friendly customer service.

Really great customer service and affordable price.I had a cracked phone screen and there is a guy called Siam who fixed it in a 15 minutes. Glad, I went to the Mobile Zone because my phone looks great now. I will recommend this store to everyone.

They are very professional and so polite. They are extremely fast Even they are cheaper than any other repair store in Virginia. I recommend everyone to check them out and fix phone or laptop. There is a guy Ahmed he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a screen that was broken and my phone was shown all black plus I couldn’t hear anyone’s voice during any call. Everything was fixed for $150. Not bad comparing to other stores. I totally agree to go their store again.

This place does an amazing job!! I have had my screen replaced numerous times and this is the best quality screen replacement I have had. The iphone xr was unresponsive to touch and I couldn't see a thing. They not only fixed it but also gave me a quality screen protector. If you need a phone fixed I recommend these guys.
