Kohl's

This is a Huge, Kohl’s Location. It’s like stepping back into the 90s. Lots of room up and down each isle. It’s not cramped and crowded like the new stores that have Sephora in them. I highly recommend this location to one and all.

The store was spotless and well organized. I was greeted by three different associates and my cashier was creative in helping me get my Kohls cash. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience! Thank you!

My husband and I went into Kohls to look at dishes. We found just wanted we wanted, but it was too heavy to carry to the front checkouts. As I was not finding an empty cart that had the capacity to hold this purchase, an employee named Joseph (Joe) offered to go get it and carry it for us, to the checkout and out to our car! This young man was fabulous!!

I hadn't been to Kohl's in forever. I decided to check them out as I was looking for some clothes for my Dad. They had a great summer clearance. I was at the location off Valley Ridge and I-35E.

Lizabeth or Lizbeth was so helpful and trying to help me find various styles of t-shirts. She also checked me out. I found a ton of great deals!

We purchased a vacuum cleaner but not all of the parts were in the box. Billy helped resolved the problem to our total satisfaction. A very good experience.

I was shopping for a watch. I have a very small wrist. Sunshine spent time helping me and she was extremely personal. Deb checked me out and used my coupons and told me Sunshines name so I could complete this survey. Recommend both to everyone.

Love this store.....they still have the jewelry counter !!! Don't know who thought bringing Sephora in to replace jewelry counter was a good idea , but apparently customer opinion doesn't matter as we were never asked.......dumbest idea EVER ! kohls has always had the best jewelry.....associates are kind, friendly and knowledgeable....great store and merchandise

It’s been awhile since I shopped here, but I will definitely start again. The customer service and prices are needed at other department stores. Am excited there are 2 in the area I just moved to so they will be seeing me a lot. Thanks 😊

Love my local Kohl's! Disappointed that their clearance isn't as good as it used to be - still quite high with 70% off, but great deals can still be found!

Store is cleaned and organized. Staffs are friendly and very helpful than any other locations I have visited

I don't shop often for myself. I have three daughters at home and a wife, need I say more. I have been lucky enough to usually find what I need and quite a few things I want whenever I go.

Both of my cashier's were extremely friendly and pleasant. I made a big purchase at the second one we visited tonight and was not able to use a discount we thought we had. She found another we could and immediately applied it drastically dropping my total!

I always find what I'm looking for here! Shoes for the kids, shirts for the football game, etc.

Convenient place to charge my car while shopping. Minor surprise though: It's not free and the price isn't clearly marked. Reasonable price so it's not a big deal - just surprising. $1.25 per hour. Note on the charger said that RFID cards (to activate charger) are available at the customer service desk in the store; I wonder if that means "free charging if you get a card from the customer service desk, otherwise you're paying for it"?
