T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

T Mobile in general can be quite frustrating. I have had issues with service when home and abroad, being double charged and when I ordered the Apple Watch via online chat they sent it to an address I told them needed to be erased. So had to stop deliveand have it sent back to T Mobile or else I could drive to UPS to pick it up, they wouldn’t reroute it. So cancelled the order. I know this doesn’t sound like a 5 star review. But, all of the above has been amicably resolved in store at the T Mobile location in Salem, MA. Nate who is one of the managers m, is absolutely amazing, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Every time T Mobile messes up he’s fixed it for me. Should you ever need help and you’re not getting anywhere with T Mobile over the phone or chat, go and see Nate and crew in Salem.

Taylor and Jonathan were very helpful and had answers for all the questions I had! I had no idea what I was doing or what I needed but they were able to help me with everything I needed!

Went in to combine two lines and look at wifi plans, Nate was great! Very knowledgeable and explained all of our option’s thoroughly!! I would recommend my friends and family to this store and hope to work again with Nate in a few weeks to set up a new iPad!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the T-Mobile store on Highland Ave in Salem, and I must say, I was truly impressed by the level of customer service I received from Christianna and Austin. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome, making me feel right at home.

Christianna and Austin went above and beyond in assisting me with my inquiries and concerns. They both demonstrated extensive knowledge about the products and services T-Mobile offers, patiently answering all of my questions and providing personalized recommendations based on my needs. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring my satisfaction as a customer.

What really set this experience apart was the attention to detail and the extra mile Christianna and Austin went to make sure I left the store happy. They took the time to walk me through setting up my new device, transferring my data, and even showed me some helpful tips and tricks to get the most out of my purchase.

Alison is amazing... Great manager.

I just switched from Verizon. Alison was my sales associate. She was fantastic! Even in the midst of a busy store, she took her time and explained each step in the process. She Was able to multitask and help fellow associates in the store, and still be attentive. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend the store and Alison herself.

Alison is the best customer service rep that I have ever dealt with and I have had a cell phone for over 15 years. Never met someone as nice and helpful and considerate and patient. It is always a pleasure to see her, I only deal with her when I come to the store! They should have more people like Alison!

Alison and Rob are awesome 👌 and knowledgeable and HONEST. They answered all of my questions AND I had ALOT of questions, we watched spec reviews and really broke down what phone I needed. They know what is UP with their products and how to help me see the best options.

Shannon is so much fun and helped me get a good fit for my son's phone/watch it was a laugh-filled time signing up with her as well.

I came in today to replace my broken phone. Alison was AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me weigh out the pros and cons to each option I was looking at. She was very patient with all my questions. I will absolutely come back to this location and highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much Alison!

Tom and Cynthia are amazing!! They truly went above and beyond to help me and my parents with our phones.
We went in feeling completely overwhelmed after an unfortunate experience at another sprint store. Thank goodness we did! Cynthia and Tom were just who we needed - incredibly helpful, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, thorough. They spent a great amount of time with us and kept us laughing along the way. They were the best. I left feeling so much better, like a competent human again, and with my shiny new phone in good shape ... thanks guys!

I felt like Taylor "saved my life".my phone disappeared, and I was in shock, thinking that all my data, my passwords, my contacts, etc. were lost.
Taylor quickly took care of me, and I was shocked at just how much data he was rable to recover from the cloud, even though I personally had not backed things up.
Cynthia was also extremely patient and helpful with all of my follow up questions. Lovely and informative!
Taylor was charming, witty and funny, so he took care of me personally by helping me to calm down, as well as getting me set up and running on my new Samsung S21 FE. On the house!

My father in law went here after receiving a phone and the two employees working at the time worked tirelessly for 2 hours to help him set it up. Would recommend this store to anyone who wants thorough customer service and an easier time setting up their phone.

Nathaniel was going on break but saw that the other representatives were tied up with customers and I had been waiting a bit, so he put off his break to help migrate my phone. He gave terrific service, and I couldn't be happier with my new setup and phone.

T Mobile, I like, will go there for phone assistance, it's a bigger place, plenty of personal, to assist - needs

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only 2 people working on a Saturday so the wait was a good 20 minutes.

Had a great experience at the Sprint Store today. Angel helped us out getting a great deal and setting up all of our devices. Loved the customer service and love my new devices.

Went into pay a bill n put money down on a phone for a friend they were soooo good I really liked that store n there customer service
