The service was great and fast...they did a nice job on my food...it was not prepared sloppily but very neatly. The seating area was clean and presentable..The restrooms were maintained. The decor in the restaurant was modern. This taco bell serves breakfast food..so that's good to know😁. I would definitely stop here again for lunch

I gave this taco bell a 2 star rating a year ago as it was really bad for a taco bell. This was after years of it being bad. Last week I gave it a try again while my wife was out of town and to my surprise it was pretty good. We went back this week and it wasn't just a one off. It was good again!!!! Good job local Taco Bell!!!

Steak chalupa supreme served on wax paper, this item has a bouquet of thin cut lettuce, discolored tomatoes, with discrete slivers of steak. It comes on strong at first nip, with the flavors of soured cream dancing with deep-fried oils and cheeses to create an almost euphoric experience. The flavors slowly fade together ending in sheer delight.

Love taco bell and this staff does a pretty good job here! Burritos are out together well and they are pretty quick about getting the food out

I went through the drive thru around 8:30 P.M. and Raven was super friendly and polite. My order was ready immediately after I paid. The food was very tasty and hot. Easily the best taco bell experience I've had in years.

Best thing I like about Taco Bell is no matter where you go the food taste the same and service seems to be fairly fast.

We ordered online about 8 pm. our order was correct and quickly prepared. the guy at the drive thru was very friendly.

I’ve been to hundreds of TBs across the country in my travels and this was hands down one the best experiences I’ve ever had. Rolled in at midnight and the food was still piping hot. Very friendly staff, too. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area again!

I use the app to order and this location has made my order so many times that they know me! They do their best to make my order exactly the way it was placed and the staff is phenomenal! My fiancé usually picks up the food for me (because kids, you guys understand!) and my mom picked up the order two days ago (on 6/25/21). They actually asked if the "usual guy was busy today!" My mom didn't understand so when she got to the window and they asked again if the "usual guy" was busy today and she explained that the food was for my kids and me and that my fiancé was usually the one to pick things up. They laughed and asked where he was and she told them he was working today so she was on pick up duty. The fact that they KNOW MY NAME AND MY ORDER is awesome! I have no complaints, no issues (besides the occasional missing straw, no biggie), and thr staff has gone above and beyond my expectations to improve their staff and their service! I will come here over ANY of the Fort Wayne locations, even if I'm parked in one of the other Taco Bells' parking lots. Columbia City, Indiana's location has been doing well by me and my family for four months or so! Come here for your tacos! And use the app! It's simple, perfect, and you can customize everything how you like! There are even items like the Quesarito, which is only available through the app!

I used the app for the first time tonight and it was quick and easy. I picked it up in the drive thru and it was so much easier not having to give a code like the Mcdonalds app. Hands down the best app and restaurant.

Great customer service & food yesterday when my husband & I needed to get out of the house. The drive up window employees are the best! Yummy the food was great, so fresh. Thanks Col City Taco Bell from 2 of your senior customers

This one is pretty decent. Occasionally long wait times, but they're short on staff, so there's not much the employees can do. Orders are generally accurate.

I absolutely love the local Tacobell I have it at least every week. I'd have it for every meal if I could afford it. Better then other towns Tacobell's. My favorite item is on their $1 menu the Beefy Frito Burrito is so filling and well made for the price. Love there $5 boxes that are always changing and really affordable.

Glad the breakfast is back. Love the breakfast crunchwraps! Drive thru lady was great! Usually at 7am the speaker person isn’t so great. Jeanie was! Speed was great! Service was great! Breakfast Crunchwrap was great!

They forgot to give me silverware so when I went thru the drive thru to get some, I was given a coupon for a free taco. They are always nice when I go there. No complaints.

Great girl working the drive thru. Great work spirit. She makes you wanna come back...and the bacon grilled cheese burito is the bomb...
