I was in a car accident on January 21. I was rear ended and totaled my car so Saturday we went into Bart. This was two weeks after my wreck to check out a Ford edge that my husband had seen we worked with Tyler and he was very helpful and very kind and understanding he was not pushy And the manager worked with us to give us a better deal on the vehicle. We are very happy so far with our purchase and would recommend asking for Tyler if you go to Barts There’s a picture of my new ride below

Great experience purchasing my 2015 Chrysler 300 platinum. Come to find out the driver side barring was bad a couple days later Zach and josh made sure it was properly taken care of free of charge also replaced the rotators and brake pads. Great people great business. They have my future business.

From start to finish the guys at Barts in Columbia city were Great.They worked with me in finding My perfect truck,and when I did they had the latest history on it so that I was able to make an informed decision.They gave me fair trade in on my old 95 GMC jimmy, which was more ready for the junkyard then anything,but it was like they said everything has worth.
That is what Im talking about they treat their customers the same way,that everyone has worth .

Great buying experience!! I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to contact Ryan Brandt! We showed up late on a friday right before closing. Having driven an hour to look at a truck, we decided it wasn't quite what we wanted. Ryan took his time (even though they were closed) and showed us several other vehicles. Once we were set on what we wanted. He let us take it home for the night to make sure it was what we wanted. Was no pressure from him to buy. Overall it was a great experience.

I couldn't ask for a better experience with these guys.

The communication from Zach leading up to the appointment was great-- not pushy at all, super professional, and instantly made me feel at ease. The buying process itself was just as great. Took the car for a test drive and immediately noticed that it was immaculately detailed. Everything they said online about the car was 100% true...I knew about two miles down the road that I was going to buy it. Just had to drive it for a few more minutes so I could finish out a song on the radio. :)

They talked me through next steps, gave me my different options, and worked past the closing time to make sure I got a great interest rate with a local credit union (which took 25 minutes-- yes, only 25 minutes) and had all the information I needed to drive home with my absolutely beautiful new-to-me car. I worked with Chris on the final details of the loan and he took a few extra minutes (again-- past their closing time) to answer the questions I had about everything.

Lastly, and I know I'm getting into the details here, but their coffee was so good. Not sure if they're buying that high end top shelf imported stuff or what, but between the customer service, the beautiful car, and that borderline addictive coffee, I will never buy another car from anywhere else.

I can't say enough about what a great experience it was to deal with Bart's Car Store in Columbia City. My salesman was Ryan. He treated me right from start to finish, handling every detail and making sure I was completely satisfied. I'm very happy with the Chevy Silverado Hybrid. I had to buy a new(used) vehicle because of someone else's lack of driving skills. So after a week and a half of rather intenst research, I found my replacement SUV. This beauty was very well maintained and in great shape. Thanks to Ryan and the rest, I have zero regrets of purchasing this vehicle from Bart's Car Store in Columbia City. My husband and I bought a car today from Bart's columbia city. Ryan Brandt was out salesman and was very nice and spent quite a bit of time with us while we test drove several vehicles. He and the rest of the staff were kind and did not make us feel like an inconvenience or rushed. Though the car we came to look at was unavailable, we found an even better one and they gave us an amazing deal.

With a welcoming staff, and a great car selection, what’s not to love? Salesman Zach Schierer is one that really stood out. He was patient and took his time not steering me to the most expensive car, but to the car that was right for me. Not to mention they helped me get affordable financing with a mediocre credit score. Fantastic people, at a fantastic dealership. Highly recommend.

This review is about my salesman. I have only had the car 8 hours so I can not rate the car. But the Dealership and my Salesman Alec Lomont were a great. Alec was very friendly. I had talked to him the night before. He had the car pulled up to the front waiting for me. He was very timely and anwsered all my questions. He was also not pushy about making a sale. This is always nice. I will write another review in a few weeks on how the car is doing.

We went in to get a new vehicle for our family with a decent monthly payment and left with a great Ford Expedition and two very happy customers. They were friendly understanding and very helpful with trying to get us the vehicle we needed the most. Thank you for all your help today and thank you to I do believe the manager for being so great at understanding our issues and wanting to help us anyway he could. I really wish I remembered his name and thank you to Andrew for being so friendly and patient with us and our children.

Exceptional service and selection! This is our family's one and only stop to car shop! The staff is very friendly, and not pushy, won't try to up-sell you. We bought two cars here in the last 3 years and my son bought one hear today. He shopped cars for two weeks all over, and he got the best deal from Brandon and Jossh here at Bart's bar none. None of the other dealers even came close! I would suggest coming in and talking to them, you can't go wrong!

We just left Bart's and walked away with a great deal on our new truck. All the staff we worked with was very patient and thoroughly answered our questions. We initially met with Brandon and he was knowledgeable on the trucks we walked around and looked through. He helped us to look at all purchase options. I highly recommend checking them out.

If your looking to purchase a used vehicle I highly recommend Bart’s Car Store. I had searched high and low for the perfect suv and found one listed over 3 hours away. I was able to find out all info on the vehicle listed on website and a Carfax report was provided as well. I made the call and spoke with a salesman named Zach. He made everything so easy for us considering we would be driving quite the distance. Not only did he have everything lined up for us once we got there to test drive it. He stayed late for us after they had already closed. The Audi Q7 was exactly what I wanted! I honestly do not remember the finance guys name but he did an awesome job having everything ready for me to sign. Very personable and made the entire process so easy. This was truly the easiest auto purchase I have made.

I had the pleasure of working with "Big Jim" yesterday. This was the absolute best experience you can imagine when buying a vehicle. Their prices are GREAT. Their customer service was EXCELLENT. Big Jim was honest, up front, and was able to get my payment down where I needed it to be. I am extremely excited to write this review for these guys because they deserve it!!
