Blue Compass RV Fort Wayne (Colerain Family RV)

My husband and I have been living in a camper with our daughter for the last couple of years while we are building our new home, and this fall our furnace quit working. My husband rebuilt the furnace with parts purchased from another parts dealer. It turned out that some of the parts provided were not furnace parts, and some were residential furnace parts. Blue Campus bent over backwards to get us the parts we needed as fast as possible to get us heat as we are living in the camper and it was getting down to freezing at night. The lead tech and shop supervisor Phil Williams helped us with a temporary fix to get the furnace running while we were waiting on parts to come in. For years we had been going to another dealer in Fort Wayne and they always seemed like we were a burden which we also saw other customers treated the same way. Blue Compass might be a further drive depending on where you are, but the customer service is worth the time. Every time I called or showed up everyone was so nice and had a smile on their face! Sales person was awesome to deal with I bought used camper. Everyone was friendly. Only issues so far is the propane tanks had been expired for over 12 years so had to buy new ones. The break away switch was installed wrong not sure who done it. But great price and great service

What started off as a shaky experience was quickly taken care off with the help of the GM. Most of the folks I dealt with their did a good job, I highly recommend Griffen for any sales questions….Jeff and another guy in service really went over the top to be big helps as well. Don’t hesitate to come here, they proved to me they are willing to do the right thing to grow their business.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Colerain RV in Columbia City and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I was in the market for an RV and Caleb, one of their excellent salesmen, was there to guide me through the entire process.

From the moment I walked in, Caleb was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and then showed me several RVs that he thought would be a good fit for me. He was never pushy or aggressive, and he always gave me the space and time I needed to make my decisions.

When I finally settled on an RV, Caleb made the rest of the buying process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He answered all of my questions, provided me with all the necessary information, and made sure that everything was taken care of properly.

I recently upgraded my RV and purchased it from another dealer in Ohio. That dealer has not been giving me much help for a warranty item. I then reached out to a dealer in Wabash for a recall item and was told they “were not taking new customers even for a recall”. This totally unacceptable for a dealer to say per corporate for a recall. I reached out to Colerain RV in Columbia City and was promptly given an appointment and my RV serviced for the recall and a couple other items the same day! The staff was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be reaching out to them for my future needs!

Excellent service from Kaleb. Knowledgable and friendly. Took the time to search for the correct travel trailer that met our needs. Travis in finance was not pushy, paperwork was easy and I got everything I need from the wonderful lady in parts. Would recommend this amazing team to anyone shopping in the future.

I worked with Nathan Montage, He is absolutely the most straight forward; down to earth ; MOST REAL dude ever. Such a badass cool person. He reminds me of my best friend. I had so many questions and kept telling him sorry and he made me feel right at home. I text him at 2am one night with a question that I couldn't get off my mind and he replied as soon as he woke up without a problem.

I would give more stars but I can't. If you want to work with the best and feel the most comfortable and get the best information ask for Nathan!!! My purchases will be through him from now on! Thank you Nathan!

A+ experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Impeccable customer service. If you’re looking for a good deal, ask for Griffen. Only way this location could be any better is if they contracted once again with Keystone RV.

Took my 5th wheel to this Forrest River dealer for repairs to the bedroom slide. They fixed it with no problem. They also did a courtesy inspection and found there were areas on my roof that had never been sealed properly from the factory and resealed all the problem areas of which there were several! These folks do a great job and I highly recommend their service dept.

I just had the BEST experience buying an RV at Colerain RV in Columbia City, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Kaleb for being an absolute rockstar salesman! From the moment I walked in the door, Kaleb made me feel right at home and helped me navigate the entire process with ease.
As someone who's never owned an RV before, I had a ton of questions and concerns, but Kaleb was patient, kind, and so knowledgeable about all things RV-related. He even took the time to show me how to properly set up and operate my new RV before I left the lot, which was such a huge help.

Parker was very informative during the last show at the Coliseum. Not hard on the eyes either, his baby son was out helping him make sales. Love to see it!

Annie was very friendly and helpful. She showed me several RVs based on my wants and needs. She helped me select the appropriate RV and offered to help with financing. Although I decided not to purchase right now, I will definitely go back and talk to Annie when I do.
