I came in during a very busy holiday time and found the staff to be so kind. All the lanes were open and several managers walked around to make sure that anyone who only had to drop off knew that they could bypass the line. They kept saying they were so sorry for the long lines, even though it wasn’t their fault. I found it to be such a nice post office experience!

It seems like most of the bad reviews on here are related to passports. I’ve only done shipping-related things here and it went well.

I had another exceptional experience at this post office. I arrived just as the doors were about to be locked for the evening. Ms. Cooper went to some trouble to ensure that I could send my package and letter and wouldn't have to come back another day. I really appreciate the professionalism and dedication of Ms. Cooper and the team and value the important work they do.

I go to this office a lot and had both, good and bad experiences. Today`s experience was unexpectedly good one and the post worker was unusually helpful. The story started a week ago when I came to the office to send an international parcel. The worker seemed to be brand new and could not figure out for about 40 min how to satisfy my request. After several consultations with his supervisor, he finally submitted all documents and the business seemed to be done. However, yesterday my parcel was delivered back to me with sticker "undeliverable due to an issue with post label". Today I went to post office preparing myself for the worst interaction with post office staff. First, the counter worker named Kim was very polite and called the supervisor. Second, the supervisor named Nicky was also very nice, admitted their mistake, redone the paperwork and resent my parcel. I just want to support this post office as they are clearly trying to improve their customer service. I do not even want to subtract any stars for my personal inconvenience. Good job today! Thank you.

Only one person was working with customers this morning on cold Saturday January 20, 2024 and he was great. Very efficient and professional. Thank you for great work you’re doing!

Stopped in on July 3rd and the whole parking lot was full and hectic, the line wasn't too long and the people were quite quick! The self-checkout was down but again, the wait was quite short- especially given how busy t they were!
Usually I can get in and out with the self-mail, but it is nice to know either is an option. They also have a great selection of stamps- I got eclipse and tiger stamps today!

This is my go-to location and I've always had a great experience! Employees are friendly, efficient, and super patient and knowledgeable. I had to ship a package today and was helped by Kris and Shamekia (hopefully I read their nametags correctly), they were both super awesome!!

It does get pretty busy here, but the employees do their best to get through the line quickly :)

They're efficient and courteous. Plus, USPS is an essential pillar of social infrastructure and I treasure them dearly.

Don't listen to the nonsense negative reviews. People are just over entitled and selfish. The usps employees here have never been rude to me in the slightest.

I am giving a five star mostly because of this wonderful person named Denise, she is an angel! USPS had lost an important letter of mine, and I wasn't getting any proper help, but she went above and beyond in helping me. Other folks there are just about doing as much as they can without being bothered much; I can't tell they worry much about the quality of service they provide. But Denise helped me enormously and generously, and I am very thankful!

Sometimes (just before Christmas!), place is ultra-busy, but employees have always been helpful and patient. I ship my books via Media Mail. This subsidized government service, designed to encourage literacy among U.S. citizens, is an incredible deal. I would have to pay 3-4 times more to send my books via any other shipping service.

I don't know what other reviews were talking about. When I arrived to ship a GPU someone bought off of me on eBay, the person I spoke with, Denise, was extremely nice and helpful. It was my first time mailing something and she helped me package my GPU, attach the postage, and took care of mailing it all in about 5 minutes. I'd recommend going here if you need to mail something and definitely taking the other reviews with a grain of salt as most people only review something when they have a bad experience.

Wow, this place get's a bad reviews and half of them are not even comments on the postal office itself but the system as a whole. In any case, the parking lot is smaller than it should be, and sometimes the lines are a hair long during peak business hours, but so far I haven't felt anything to crazy. There's been a hair of downsizing, which has lead to a hair longer wait, but so far the people at the front counter try to get everyone out as quick as possible. Can't really blame them for one party cutting funding to USPS and what normally slows the system down are people 1. not pre-filing out their mailing information and 2. not understanding what they are doing there.

Do wish they had a dedicated window/ self-service area for drop-offs. It'd make life so much easier for people like me who pre-package and pre-pay. Probably speed up the lines quite a bit as well.

Had a *totally* different experience from most of the reviewers. Had to ship 14 really large, heavy boxes to China as part of an international move. The staff were super friendly, helped me with the paperwork, lent me a cart to bring the boxes in from the car, opened a lane just for me and my boxes. Couldn't have been happier with them!

Have to go in and see Denise. She is the absolute nicest postal worker I’ve ever met. She was speedily working to get everyone through on a busy day so that we could get out of the post office and enjoy the beautiful weather. Will be back again because of her

I thought this little post office was very good. They were short staffed, and, they were very polite and professional. The line was long and it moved very quickly. I was very happy with the service.

I don't usually have such a great time at the post office but today was a breeze! I didn't catch her name but Clerk #12 was the sweetest! She brought flowers in today just to bring some color into the space. She has restored my faith in USPS! Thank you kind lady.

Whether or not this post-office is 5-star, it has improved substantially in recent memory. Older reviews should really be de-emphasized here because the average is way too low.

I was expecting a package for my daughter's birthday party. I called the post office and they held the package at the post office so we could pick it up (and we wouldn't have to risk the driver delivering the package after the party). It saved a trip out for last minute party supplies. Much appreciated!

Have a little parking lot, which is convenient. Hours are a bit better than most, and people there have been nice. Do wish they offered the passport service, but oh well.

I went on the Saturday before Christmas, and the staff were so gracious and helpful. Also, it was lovely they stayed open late to accommodate us who were doing our last bit of shipping!

On final tax day, April 18 2016, moderate lines, and everyone in a good mood. Extra help walking the line ensuring people have their items ready. Everyone friendly and efficient.
