I use this place for all of my shipping needs! Hailey always takes excellent care of me and insures my items arrive at their intended location in a timely manner!

If you need to send a package, any package, I highly recommend Pack N Mail. I can walk in with random items to send and they will figure out the least expensive way to pack and send it for me, while also making sure the item is safe and arrives on time. They really know their stuff and can send via any carrier. They go above and beyond - I was just in there, and the staff member checked on the status of one of my prior packages without my even asking! And they’re very friendly. Sometimes the local folks are also the best - and these guys are the best!

The people in the store are very polite. I like the behaviour and the helpfulness of the staff in the store especially the young person at the counter. And they also explain in detail about the shipping types and prices to the customers patiently.

Hi pack N mail , I just wanted to ask if y’all can mail website returns items through UPS and if I need to bring anything before hand. Also do y’all charge to ship things or I’m i just going to be charged though UPS. And lastly can y’all provide shipping labels or do my return items already have to have it when I walk in.

I stopped by to mail a large envelope to an insurance company. The young man at the counter assisting me gave information about expected arrival day and a price to which I agreed. However, after considering where it was going, I thought I should track the envelope to make certain it arrived. When I mentioned it, he hesitated briefly, and since the line was long, I told him it was fine. I walked to my car and upon further consideration decided I really needed a tracking number so I went back in to request it be changed. The young man was very patient and worked through getting everything I needed. He did not act frustrated, even though he had to take extra steps to take care of making the refund and the change. He was a wonderful example of great customer service.

The gentleman at the desk was a breath of fresh air on a challenging day. Professional, friendly, and helpful all wrapped into one. So appreciated the service I received!

The most stress-free service of all of them out there. It's the only place I go to have things mailed/buy stamps/get mailing supplies. I can count on it being done correctly. They take the time to check all the different mail carrier services prices and inform you of the what would be the best price and the quickest service. Whatever your need, they give your the straight facts on it . . . and . . . the person who gave the review a one star, could not be giving honest information. That scenario would not even come up. It costs what it costs; regardless if you go to UPS/FedEx/USPS, etc. This company is the best. Glad my husband talked me into trying them out. No more post office stresses for me.

Great experience at Pack 'n' Mail today. I had brought all the things I needed to ship with me but still had to stuff them into shipping bags and envelopes. My little one year old wouldn't let me put him down without a fit so an employee helped me pack all my stuff so I could send it. Super friendly and professional staff. Thanks guys!

Just have to talk about my experiences with Pack 'N' Mail. We moved back to Denton after 25 years away. I am a cheapskate by nature (Scottish), but I have to give big props to the folks at PNM. It is a joy to get outstanding service AND a price even a cheapie like me can like. I have shipped several packages with PNM and always feel like my business is appreciated. The service is efficient and everyone is knowledgable about the products they provide.
Today I called for a quote on some printing, as I am temporarily immobile. Cody, he with a British accent, gave me a great price. I emailed the documents for printing a Christmas letter and they called me within an hour to say they are ready for pick up. I called back to get another batch and we picked them up to find a beautiful quality color collage of family pictures, backed with our letter.
I am quite grateful for the independent businesses in Denton. Pack "N' Mail is one that stands out.

Love the people there, and they work hard to give you the best price for your mailing (shipping) needs. I have been using them for a LONG time and not once at this store, or the Decatur store, could I say a single bad thing about any of them.

Great store and staff! Dont know what ld do without them! They do complete fax service, mail out packages thru USPS, UPS, FED EX, & others. You can email items you want printed and they'll print it off. You can rent mail boxes with an actual physical address. They sell boxing supplies & some office supplies. Open M-Sat closed Sundays

Excellent service, they brought me a chair since I’m on crutches.

I send packages almost everyday with Pack & Mail on University in Denton. The service is always excellent, the manager and staff are so nice and efficient no matter how busy they are.

Super professional staff with the cheapest shipping prices in Denton, TX. They also have Notary Public Service, Office Supplies, Fax Services, and even Packing Supplies. I was very pleased with the results I experienced!
