Stacy at POS Supply Solutions was fantastic. The product is going to work perfectly for our purposes, but the customer service is what stands out the most. Nowadays we are constantly met with automated voices and confusing websites, and Stacy was responsive, helpful, kind, and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company.

I am going to rate this company with 5 stars. The product that they put out is outstanding. I have been a vendor for several years purchasing paper and labels. We are an IT Shop building kiosks and designing our own software. I would like to give Pete and Marlene two thumbs up for the service that they have given Odds on Promotions throughout the years. I experienced a few issues placing my order through the website and ended up having to call customer service and I spoke with Tim L. Tim was great! He was pleasent, efficient, and clear regarding what happened with my order. He was prompt in his response and made sure my order was placed as quickly as possible so that I revcieve my order in a timely manner.

I greatly appreciate the easy in which I was able to finalize my order over the phone.

I will plan to purchase from this company again.

When I realized on a holiday weekend we were going to run out of printer paper I had to search all over locally, but nobody had what we needed in stock. I began to search online and luckily found POS Supply Solutions. I called as a first time customer and was helped by rep Bernadette. She was amazing and helped to find the type of paper that would be compatible with my printers.
She was so kind and professional. She truly wanted to help me and she is absolutely an asset to this company. Because of her I will order again and again when I need supplies. She saved us this weekend by overnighting what we need, so we would have it in time. Being in a service business myself I can appreciate the rare occasion when someone really excels at their job. I had the best experience with your staff, especially Stacy H. I had actually placed an (overnite) express order past the deadline, unknowing to me. He contacted me via email suggesting better shipping options, and though it took several on my part, he helped me get what I needed with better shipping option (prices) for me, while still getting what I needed.

It was so kind of him because I was in panic mode trying to get what I needed. It was so pleasant and comforting to know that someone provides such wonderful customer service these days. You don’t find it much. Stacy H went WAY OVER AND ABOVE to calm me down while getting what I needed.

I worked with Marlene White on a recent sizeable order which was a changed repeat of a previous job. There was a little confusion on the change of artwork and she reached out to me to be sure we were all on the same page for that. Then, when there was a problem on the invoice for the job she quickly had a change approved for the invoice to solve the issue. I appreciate her working with me and following through to be sure the job was produced correctly. That's the kind of thing that assures me that a company has my best interest in mind and keeps me coming back.
