They are typically not too busy. When there has been a line they are as quick as they can be but still get you everything you need. They have put up dividers for Covid-19 protection and have the standard spots marked on the floor for social distancing. Easy in and out access to the parking lot and ample parking.

Shout out to the employees at this location. I mailed some company mail at the post office box in the Food City parking lot and my paycheck accidentally got stuck in with it. No envelope no stamp. They made sure it got to me. It was in my mailbox the very next day at my house. Thank you so much!

I love the Oakwood P.O. branch,... never a line of people, and the clerks are friendly, efficient and quick. We also love our mail carrier! Kudos!!

Great variety of collectible stamps. This post office has packing supplies and cards. The staff is friendly.

Package too big for mail box did not appear at time of regular mail delivery but was delivered some time later and before 3:50 PM when I saw it on my porch. I received an email notice that said the carrier tried at 5:31 PM but could not access property. Someone tried to deliver a package that had already been delivered and they did not know it. I had already opened and begun using item by 4:30 PM

Slow, lazy, and bad bedside manners! I would rather drive across town than go to this one! It apparently needs new management asap! Oh and one more thing, clean your parking, it looks like a old western but instead of tumble weeds, it's random trash blowing In the wind!

trying to figure out why our normal mail carrier is fantastic and has no issues (like any other vendor or package service) hitting the button on the call box to be let in the gate, but when its not our regular carrier, they just pull up, walk by the call box and leave the packages on the ground hidden behind the stone pier which the call box is attached to. If I didn't have cameras I would never know a package had been left outside the gate!

Literally every time I go in here they are the rudest people on the planet. I can't stand bad customer service. Ive tried going in at different times and it is always that same rudeness from every single person working. I'd rather wait in a really long line then be talked to like that. Will avoid USPS at all cost.

Wendy, or Wanda, at the front is rude and uncaring. I mailed a package and it didn't get delivered...they tell me nothing can be done. So, I spend $1.50 for nothing and there's no accountability for them not doing their jobs. Don't get me started on my local driver...crams stuff in my mailbox to avoid a 10 foot walk, or if he absolutely has to put stuff on my porch, he's not going to pick up my outgoing mail in the box. Lazy, apathetic, no accountability...are our taxes paying for this?

They keep cramming big packages in my small mail box and my packages are getting tore along with my mail. I am very mad!!! I will be calling a manager in the morning!!! This is the 3rd time they have done this and they are damaging what is inside my packages!!! I feel I should be reimbursed the price of my product they so carelessly destroy!!!

These people won’t help you with anything and do not care about their customers! Not only are they rude and short with you they are not willing to help with anything whatsoever! They “loose” packages and say they are still coming and when I contacted two different times the women who answered were rude and you could tell they could care less.. So I had to jump through hoops only to keep being lied to and told it was coming then the lady was super rude and blamed me on them losing a package ridiculous you’d think they would care they don’t deserve to work there when they show no care for customers packages which is their job
