I recently returned a pair of shoes to this store and was extremely impressed with the smooth and hassle-free process. Noah was incredibly friendly and understanding, and he quickly processed my return without any issues.

What I appreciated most was his efficiency and professionalism. He made sure to explain the return policy clearly and answered all my questions courteously. The entire transaction was handled with care and attention to detail.

I had a great experience at this store the staff is very professional & accommodating with what I was looking for. The item was out of stock, however Noah researched and found it online... ordered it and it's on his way. I was given my military discount plus more. The process was quick and easy. Really nice joint, got two pairs from there. I got some Jordan 1 lows, and the Jordan 4 vivid sulfurs. Both really great quality and did not come with any defects. A dude named Victor was real nice and helped with a lot. He was there both times I went for both shoes and was super nice and understanding. In my opinion, he deserves a raise. Hope the manager sees this so he does because he really deserves it! Love going here with friends too.

I, want to start off by thanking Noah from Store 852 for his Professional work ethic and customer service. This gentleman went above and beyond to provide any issues or concerns I had. I went into the store to purchase some close and shoes and (Cashier 0378885) also assisted me. This store allows you shop at ease and never rushed to make a decision. All a staff members answer question or suggested clothes, shirts, add accessories to your orders. After shopping two days straight. I’ll be a permanent customer from here on out.

During my purchase process I was having issues with finish line app on the phone for verification of points. Noah contacted customer service and had them redeem my points for a $20 coupon. Also, he insure a reset password link was sent to my phone before hanging up.

Such a wonderful overall experience by the staff. Noah went above and beyond. He had so much patience, and was so kind and showing my kids magic tricks with their repel and cleaning spray. I had such a hard time deciding On a shoe, and he sold me on two pairs with the cleaner and so! Hands-down, one of the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with! This store/location has the BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time and it is all thanks to Noah and his team. We were out shopping for new shoes for our family yesterday and after an absolutely terrible experience at Champs we decided to go into Finish Line. We don't usually shop in Finish Line but after yesterday we will definitely be going there for all our new shoes. Noah was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful turning our whole shopping venture around. So friendly and patient with our multiple shoe requests, helping us to finally find the perfect pair for everyone in our family.

Victor to the rescue! I placed an online order for a pair of Jordan’s for my nephew’s birthday in a few days and what I received what NOT Jordan’s but a pair of dunks and not the right size or color. Highly upset as this inconvenienced me to call customer service and hold for 15 minutes before actually speaking to someone who did nothing for me but tell me inaccurate information.

I took it to my local store in Wiregrass and Victor, the assistant manager, was able to listen and understand my issue and resolve the problem by reordering the correct shoe with expedited shipping for my inconvenience to ensure i got it on time. That’s real customer service! Kudos to him for showing leadership to his employees of putting the customer first and how management should handle and rectify a company shipping error. Thank you Victor for your efforts.

I shopped at Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel and had the pleasure of meeting Victor in the sneakers sales department. I have been purchasing sneakers for 3 decadws rhis has been the best experiences ever. I am stating that Victor needs a pay increase and made to be a manager at a store. His hospitality, customer care, and concern for appeasing the paying customer has been beylnd a phenomenal experience. My timw under his care was the only reason inspent the money that i did. Had the best experience today at this location after visiting three other locations in the last two days. Emmanuel was amazing, patient, and went above and beyond. We were very specific on what we wanted and he made sure we were completely satisfied. This will from now be the only Finish Line we shop at thanks to Emmanuel!

Great Experience with Finish line. I recently went Finish line at the Tampa Outlets in Lutz, Florida with my 9-year-old daughter, we were shopping for a sneaker when we were approached by one of the best and most friendly salesmen there named Kendrick. Kendrick was super friendly and patient, allowing me and my daughter to try on multiple sneakers and shoes. This made my decision-making much easier. Kendrick was kind and friendly when answering all my questions regarding the purchase of the sneakers and shoe sizes. Kendrick guided me in the right direction and was very friendly to my daughter, by also including her into the conversation. I knew at that moment I was at the right place to purchase top of the line sneakers. Kendrick also mentioned to me the Finish Line rewards program where you can get coupons sent to you via email for every dollar you spend. I was sold and I knew he was a good salesman to help me out. Within an hour I made my decision about which sneakers and boots to purchase.
