Ok, so here it goes. I had a issue with 3 pt hitch not being functional back in October 23. Had issue with getting it repaired, but Chattanooga Tractor reached out and asked for a chance to make problem right and a chance to show they're dedicated to customer service!
Well they arranged pickup, jumped on repairs and also the extra service I requested fluids and filter replacement.
Totally impressed with repairs and extra service I asked to be done!
Tractor repaired under warranty, 3 pt works great, all though I only raised and lowered without weight.
Tractor was washed and cleaned, freshly greased as well! Delivery drive through Tractor was new because of how nice and shiny it is!

Purchased a max 26 a few weeks ago. I was was looking for not only a good tractor but also a good dealership to form a long term relationship with. Found both here. Sales person (Beau) was super helpful, and I've been thankful to find he's just as diligent after the sale as he was before. I've only had one experience with the service department/warranty (a minor thing) but they got it in and resolved promptly so I could get back to work. I'm a rookie tractor owner and they have been very good to answer my rookie questions while being very patient (I ask a lot of questions) . I'm expecting to have a continued positive experience at chattanooga tractor and equipment.

Absolutely top notch company. Sales people are honest, prices are good, and the quality of the machinery really surprised me. Couldn’t speak more highly of this company! Heavy machinery all the way down to lawn equipment, which I felt had really fair prices.

I ended up using Chattanooga Tractor because a different rental company kept letting me down. I am SO happy I made the switch. Already looking at buying machines from them, and they will be my only source for renting mini exs & skid loaders. Everyone had the best attitudes & treated me with kindness. I ended up extending my very first rental from 1 day to 1 month due to the experience. Amazing group of people. 10/10

Having not purchased my tractor at ChattanoogaTractor their service and parts department where more than willing to help with barely out of warranty component on my tractor. With in 24 hours time contacted and discussed issue with MF rep who then good willed the part. Support was great and service manager was super helpful in the matter. Have always used them for help even though my farm is more than 5 hours away. Can’t say enough about them

Couldn't find the mower I was looking for locally (Ferris 400S). Saw they had one on their website. Stopped by to check it out. They had one left. Landon was great, no pressure to buy, no pressure to up sell. Couldn't pick the mower up that day due to the fact I was on my Harley. Told them I couldn't pick it up until Saturday, no problem with them holding it for me.

I inquired about an upgraded seat, Landon took the time to measure the brackets on the mower to see if it would fit, we determined it would. Stopped by the parts department to order one. Just like the sales department, they were courteous and professional. Still waiting on the seat to arrive and can't wait as my yard is pretty rough.

Since I had never operated a zero turn mower before Landon offered to load the mower into my trailer for me, I graciously accepted.

Went to mow on Monday and found there was no deck height adjustment pin. Called Landon on Tuesday to get a replacement, again, no problems.

If you are looking to buy a new mower give these guys a visit, you'll be glad you did.

Scott was awesome, helped me pick out my chainsaw and showed me every little detail since I’m a beginner.. Can’t go wrong with this place they are friendly and very respectful!

Jeff was an absolute pleasure to speak with, he was extremely helpful. We purchased one piece of equipment, Herman helped load out our equipment, he was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to visit Chattanooga tractor and equipment. They have a great staff and are extremely helpful!
