Self Storage of Rochester

I rented a storage unit here for my motorcycle and it was a great experience! I put my motorcycle in last November and the unit was nice and clean and doors run smooth to open and close! When I went to get my bike in March there was zero dust, snow or any outside elements on my bike because of how awesome the door seals are on the units! Paying and renting online is super simple and I talked to the owner a few times and he is super friendly and easy to deal with! Highly recommend renting units here if looking for a safe and great place to store your belongings!

Great to work with. Had an unfortunate event happen where the renter next door to my unit closed the air vent on their climate controlled unit in the winter and the sprinkler system pipes froze and burst. Luckily, I had no significant water damage. They called me right away to inspect my belongings and then they gave me a few months rent for free for my troubles. Definitely will use again if needed.

Rented for eight months and never had any real problems or issues. Decent locaton and felt pretty safe leaving my stuff there.
Locked gates with four digit entry passcode was petty nice.
Never saw any suspicious people or vehicles.

Need a specific style lock for the doors, not all masterlocks fit.
Some delays with snow removal, one trip 4wd was needed.
Communication with owner was great overall, my last month there was hard to get ahold of him.

I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I have had a great experience! I have rented 2 spaces online without any issues. The gentleman who I left a message regarding combining my 2 spaces called me back promptly. He was very helpful, courteous, and provided great customer service. I recommend renting from this facility. Facility itself is new, very clean and is in great working order.

Getting a hold of the owner was easy, picked up right away and rushed over to show me some units. Renting a unit was also very easy.
