I repeatedly mail items from this location since I work a couple of blocks away and they are always friendly and helpful.

I have never had a problem and I always goes to the one! If the line is long it still goes fast they explains things all the time to me that I needed help with! I will go downtown just for this post office! Even though there is one in my neighborhood!

The two workers at the front were great when I went on a Tuesday afternoon. They helped me quickly and with a friendly demeanor.

I lost my headphones at this office and received them returned to me in the mail! It made my day. Literally the best post office I’ve ever been to. 👍

I stop at this post office once a week. There is one woman in her fifties or sixties that works there that has no consideration for customers. She is rude, passive aggressive, and moves very slowly - and seems to do so intentionally with a chip on her shoulder towards everyone in line. I have stood in lines 20 + minutes long with lots of folks clearly in a hurry and she won't adjust her pace to help move the line along. It's like nails on a chalk board standing there. She appears healthy and perfectly capable but moves so slowly people in line begin gawking, moaning, mourning the loss of their lunch break to run an errand. The rest of the employees are pleasant and helpful, but I recently had an experience with her that was so miserable I had to write a review. She was so rude to me I was shocked and at a loss for words. Other fine, hard working people should be given a chance to enjoy her paycheck and benefits.

Very unethusiatic front desk. If it wasn't their job to work, and assist customers, they wouldn't do it. Unwilling to do anything beyond the bare minimum.

I come here twice a month, and every time it's as if I'm an inconvenience as their customer.

A.) Beyond the job, your attitude is most likely the cause of your misery, not a result.

B.) Friendly customer service will go a long way.

C.) Soon enough you will be replaced with automation and a kiosk.

Never been so consistently annoyed by a post office interaction.

The lady at the counter told me I couldn't use Parcel Select postage, despite ebay allowing the usage of it if you purchase postage through their system. I did purchase the label (cost me $20), and I thought I would be nice and deliver the box to the post office instead of letting the postal worker who gets the mail from our building have to haul a 13 pound box across the street.

She wanted me to refund the label and buy a new one that was ten dollars more. I can't even imagine the headache I would have had if I had listened to her. A failure on many levels.

They lost my package and I've been trying to call to see if it ended up at this branch. Been calling for 20 minutes straight and I get a busy signal every time. I've had to call back over 40 times because apparently they don't have call waiting or anything so I have to keep calling to see if the line is clear. Seriously? Even my great-grandmother has call waiting.

At 2:41 on a business day theres only 1 employee working the front counter and about (no lie) 25 people in line. Seriously? If you want to get your mail out in a timely manner or if youre in a rush, Dont come here.

Dont come here to get a m.o, apparently only certain postal employees know how to do them and the two people that was there today ( around 9:10am)was unable to do one for me. Nonsense!!!
