We have been boarding our anxious sweet girl here for two years now, and not only is it affordable, but the staff is great with my dog. She is a bit nervous without us and they make such an effort to make my dog feel at home. PetSmart is also super affordable and has options for bigger rooms, more treats & playtime. My girl is a Staffy and can't play w other pooches, but they do give her individual play.

The groomers are good with her, too. She is a tripod and weird about people touching her back leg, but they seem to know when they can/can't trim her nails. They definitely feel her mood out, haha.

Also, they made a booking mistake in Christmas and remedied that immediately. Great customer service.

We had our two miniature schnauzers groomed here today. One was a puppy. They did a great job and we were really happy and willing to go back again for sure!! Thank you for doing such a great job on our babies and for keeping us well informed in the middle of grooming them. Sorry for any trouble they may have given you Allie. YOU and your team are the BEST!!!! God knows it's not easy to find good groomers. Thanks again ❤

I recently acquired a Betta Fantail Blue fish and I am impressed with its beauty and personality. He quickly fit to my community tank. Its energetic and curious is captivating to watch as it explores environment. Overall, I highly recommend to buy fish from this place.

Such very nice employees and pleasant patrons. The fish person made sure what I was buying would go in my tank well, the checkout person very bright and engaging. I am very impressed and I made new friends. The store is bright and clean plus it is well stocked. 100% will return as one of my animals supply stores.

Alex and the rest of the grooming crew gave Loki an awesome first time to the salon experience! They are very obviously pet people as Alex got on Lokis level and let him give him kisses to introduce himself. Loki was all smiles and came home smelling absolutely amazing and as soft as ever! Even the cats are snuggling him.

Allie C and Jonny M did a great job.
Guinness came out not smelling like a wet dog. His coat looked great, nails trimmed. He is short hair and needed a bath and brush it was perfect.
Stella is a Border Collie / Setter mix. I have brought her everywhere and no one has been able to give her the perfect cut we wanted. Until now
Jonny M did a OUTSTANDING JOB!! We will make sure he is her person from here on out. The cut was perfect!!!!

The groomers were young enthusiastic dog lovers who showered TLC upon Simon. Simon enjoyed his bath experience.

Have great stuff for our bearded dragon that we bought their 7 years ago. He's the best pet ever and we love him. His name is Little Man

1 of the happiest days of my life! We gave chomper a home. Tears welled up in my eyes when chomper got into his special tank. He looked so happy... The Crickets, not so much

If you have a question they have the answers. If you need it they probably have it. Very nice people that work there.

Their grooming department did such a great job with our pup. They are very sweet and gentle, and clearly love what they do. I will 100% be bringing our dog back!

Lucy is the best groomer around! She has so much patience every time I bring my dog coco she does a fantastic job. Lucy has a true love for animals and it shows She extremely great at what she does Thank you for everything Lucy!

Pet technicians took well care of my pet. Pet seem to want to stay longer at the Hotel. Everyone was very friendly and professional. During the visit, I received excellent reports on the condition of the pet. Check-out was efficient. Highly recommend Petsmart Hotel services for taking care of your pet while the owner is away from home.

The staff here are the absolute best people and they truly care about saving you money and the well being of every animal.

Gave pet smart a second chance....must say..great job...my mini goldendoodle, bobo,was neutered at 6mos...and instead of using a recovery collar@@...I bought 2 onsies which I alternated between and..cuz of stitches I gave him a break on brushing....HUGH MiSTAKE!!!!!! He matted whereever there was friction....pet smart saved us...thank you again and again....for all you did..glad I went and did another go-round....

When I used to give my dog baths than tried drying him with the dryer, he hated it. After coming to this petsmart the past 5 times for my dog’s haircut, he is not scared of the dryer anymore when I bathe him at home! He does so well which shows how patient and great the groomers are here!

The pet hotel went above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and our dogs are very happy.
