We were super happy with store manager Glenn and the associates that went over and beyond to make 2020 halloween the one to remeber! Even after being told by another associate at customer service that this wasn't going to happen for us the store manager made sure to go over and beyond in making this customer satisfied! My Kids are absolutely amazed and super excited ,not too scary for the younger children and deff stands out !Our family thanks you sincerely 🙏 Happy fall

I went here with my dad to get basement floor paint and wood to hide plumbing hole. We asked a lot of workers where we would find something to hide a plumbing wall hole. Russ went above and beyond though helping us get a wooden piece. Also John in paint was very informative on what we should use for our basement floor. I think they both deserve a raise or promotion for their customer service skills. I haven't seen many managers in my time so helpful like I got at all stores that I go to.

We went to this Home Depot to look for a new refrigerator after walking out of PC Richards due to substandard customer service and pressure to buy. We found a great deal on a refrigerator at this Home Depot, zero pressure, only professional assistance from Devin, the HD associate. Devin answered every question, explained every detail about delivery and installation and spoke to us like we were his aunt and uncle, not two dollar signs. We left satisfied knowing we got a very good deal on an appliance we needed on a fixed budget. I would highly recommend this Home Depot.

I was looking for a connector for my gas pipe. Anthony from the Plumbing department at aisle 6 and 7 went out of his way to get me what I needed. His devotion and passion to help me as a client is extraordinary and highly appreciated. I have never got such good service anywhere from any worker. Anthony is the best of the best!!!

I really enjoy this restaurant. The atmosphere is like being on a ship and the sun sets are beautiful. The food is exceptional. We tried the crusted goat cheese appetizer, 2 very generous patties. It was absolutely delicious, it will be my favorite choice from now on. Their crabcake entrée is wonderful but the steaks will please anyone who prefers meat. Servings are ample and served with savory vegetables. The staff are friendly and professional and don't try to rush you. Just a wonderful experience.

Glenn from appliances is an absolute star. We had issues with an LG product that went on for months. When the manufacturer continuously gave us the run around he always followed up, made calls on our behalf and called us back frequently for an update on the status. His level of customer service is rarely encountered. He for sure helped us make the best out of a bad situation and followed through until our issue was resolved.

They have all the containers you need to organize your Christmas light parts.

I'm there almost every day, being a contractor. Always have what I need to get the job done. Couldn't live without it!!! Lol✌✌✌

I visited the home depot off shorrock where I met Jessica. She went above and beyond by giving exceptional customer service . As she was doing my return she extended herself asking how my day was going while moving at a quick pace. I will definitely be back. She made my day. Thank you home depot!!

This is a very well-stocked, and nicely staffed, Home Depot. It carries all the standard amenities, and the staff is always very willing to help you find what you need. I have always had much luck here, and the staff people have always been very knowledgeable. I also love that this location is easily accessible from Route 70.

Store is immaculate and the self checkouts are large easy to use monitors. On the hardware perspective this store is cutting edge. I had trouble locating a specific window cleaning product so the staff accommodated me in the middle of their own tasks and broke down exactly where it was. The aisles are numeric and have their own “bays” which make finding the section of the aisle that the product is in super easy to locate.

This location is excellent! Customer service is exceptional and knowledgeable! Hats off to Russ who cuts lumber. This gentleman is very good at his job. These days hard to find people who know, love, and have such integrity in their job.
