Brenda is an All-Star, and Cassie is extremely helpful as a manager!! Brends took the time to answer every single question, and helped me pick the right fabrics for my new sectional and the pillows. She helped me figure out which pieces to get based on my available space, and it fits absolutely perfectly. I highly recommend Brenda to anyone looking for furniture!!

I purchased a living room set from Value City over the holiday weekend and it was one the best sales experiences I have had. Their Sales Associate Brenda assisted me and she went above and beyond to help me ensure that I was buying the right furniture for my space rather than selling me the bigger package I originally wanted. She and team were very friendly. Delivery happened quickly and went very well. The furniture is so comfortable and looks great. I highly recommend them!

I walked into the store and was greeted right away by Bill a sales associate. I explained my situation that I needed a custom couch because of how my house is designed. I was very unsure of the measurements. The next day I returned. He told me also he asked Brenda who was an expert in all couches and he wanted to assure me that I was in best hands. Both were very nice, funny, and homely. I still was super unsure of measurements and jokingly ask if he could come and measure it himself. Brenda gave him permission so he followed me back to my house and took the measurements and saw the concerns I had with the couch and area. We went back and I then purchased the couch. I don’t know to many places that go above and beyond for their customers. They also didn’t push anything onto me just trying to make a sale like how most people feel walking into a car dealership. I highly recommend value city in Lakewood, Bill, and Brenda.

Stopped in to look for a few pieces of furniture. Saw several items we are thinking about. Our sales person was great.. measured items when needed and is checking on an item and will advise if avbl. All in all, good visit. No pressure to buy just pleasant and helpful sales people.

Had an amazing experience and huge thanks to Cassidy for making it a great experience. My wife and I have been shopping for new furniture and everywhere we went, we were hunted and stalked by the sales person and were made to feel very uncomfortable. Not Cassidy, she greeted us with a warm welcome and allowed us to look around with no hassle. Once we found what we wanted she was more than helpful and even accommodated split delivery dates for our living room and bedroom furniture. She took the time to answer any questions we had and walked us through the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend Value City Furniture in Lakewood and Cassidy for your next furniture purchase. We will need more furniture in the future and I’m only going to see Cassidy from now on.
