We have bought a bedroom set then another time we bought a dining room set and recently we bought a chair Each time it was a wonderful experience, the salesperson and the owner were so great and helpful they went out of their way to accommodate what we were looking for! We felt so comfortable there and no pressure to buy. And their prices are very reasonable! If you are interested in purchasing furniture go there you will be very happy with them!

All staff are very willing to help always!!! I’m sure when they see me coming they know it’s gonna be a little while because I always have questions lol. But they are all VERY VERY HELPFUL. They physically walk to where the product is rather than just point !!!!I love this store crafters alike enjoy it as well!!! Great Job Michaels!!!! Even GREATER ARE THE STAFF!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤

When I went to this store last week it was fully stocked and I hope that continues to be the case in the future.

I find Michael’s to be a comfortable store to shop, employees always so nice.. they seem to be going thru some typical problems with store closings etc. hope it doesn’t happen to them.

I love this place! I was looking for a specific item, I called, and not only did they bear with me when I tried to describe it, the girl got the item for me and had it up front waiting for me when I got there. And it was about a 3rd of the price I thought it was going to be. I ended up buying 2!

I usually have a good experience.
The lack of cashiers, gives us the opportunity to chat while in line waiting. Met a wonderful woman last visit.

I went in 10 min. before closing with a "project gone wrong" and frayed nerves. A worker shared some of her suggestions and took me to the issue to pick colors and further discuss options. She saved my project!I am so grateful to her. Wish i had her name to give a shout-out. Talk about going above and beyond!

I love the selection and quality of their artificial flowers. All the Spring flowers are now 60% off.

The store was open and clean. The workers were quick to help find things. Their prices are ok, but using the app gives good discounts. The store is easy to get around for people with disabilities. The parking here is good also.

I moved down here from up North several months ago. The one down here seems to be always fully stocked. I even had a associate one day teach me how to crochet she was from a different department and she took the time to show me how to start to crochet when I didn't have a clue. She's in had the brilliant idea of me to video it on my phone while she crocheted if he was which was wonderful. I have never had people go out of their way in any store to help me like they did here. It could possibly be because of the area that I came from up north but I am so glad that I found this Michaels,

Had my third "diamond painting" framed at Michael's. They do a beautiful job. I'm never disappointed.

Cool place. Cool people. This place has everything you need. It's very laid-back. Everyone is there is very willing to help. The two women who were in the frame shop we're very funny. They are always laughing at Michaels. As far as I could tell. When I get in there I go straight for the paints. They have a great selection of acrylics and oils. And almost every damn brush under the sun. I love it when they have their three t-shirts for $9 deal. But most of the time it's three t-shirts for $10. The coupons are very easy to access on the phone. and I always get service in the stores... I love the place. And I am a repeat customer.

Ordered online for in store pick up. Received message it was ready in 5 minutes! When picking up in the store, my order was there ready for me and the representative was very nice and courteous. Great experience all around.

Michael's crafts has whatever you need to inspire & complete craft projects. I love looking around at all the possibilities for projects. Check out can be slow but cashiers try to move things along.
