I love my Lowe's. This is Bernadette the wife. I find this company is more helpful to women shoppers that our local Home Depot. I picked up some mulch the other day and a nice gentleman named Dave in the garden center helped me get it and load it into my car.

My wife and I purchased a kitchen from Lowe's last year (August 2019). I wanted to get our new kitchen broken in a bit before I provided any feedback..good or bad. We are pleased to say that we have been very happy with the results and quality of the products we received. We went with the higher level of Allen and Roth cabinetry with the solid wood, and Allen and Roth branded granite counters through your local supplier. While it did take some time to install, I fortunately had the help of my father-in-law. He is a professional carpenter that has done many kitchen renovations over the years. Even he was impressed (not an easy thing to do!) by the quality and build of the cabinets. The September delivery arrived on schedule. My wife and I checked all the cabinets and parts..everything there and not a scratch! The granite install was done very efficiently, and despite a belly in one of my walls, they were able to make an adjustment to make a perfect fit. We are extremely happy with the purchase. Particularly, I would like to mention the detail, effort, and professionalism of our sales specialist Sharon Mahana. We had previously visited a few industry competitors, including another big box outfit, and really didn't feel right with those places. Whether it was pricing, level of quality, or dealing with pushy sales people...we knew we were just not comfortable with things. Then we stopped at our Brick Lowe's and met Sharon! A true professional. Her product knowledge is off the charts!! Considering our budget, desired range of quality, and features..Sharon set us up with the kitchen we were looking for! Her design skills are excellent. She easily accommodated some minor changes we made in the design process, and really hit a home run for us with the promo and Lowe's card incentives. I'd imagine selling kitchens is not an easy task..and can even get frustrating, as you could spend quite a bit of time with many customers who are just shopping around. We noticed that, at one of the prior stops we made...the sales guy was downright irritable. Not Sharon...she was cool as a cucumber during the whole process and got every detail right. Doing a kitchen is a tough $$ pill to swallow for anybody...lol!! Sharon really put us at ease..and we love our new kitchen!! I constantly recommend friends and family to see Sharon at Lowe's in Brick.

Stopped in on Sunday. I try not to go to big box stores on the weekend. I needed info on kitchen cabinets. The associate was with a customer. I waited to speak to him. He acknowledged I was there and helped me in between helping the other customer. Good job. Got your store 5 star.

Excellent sales people 👍 This was only my second time in this location and I was very impressed. The Brick nj store on rt 70 was easy to get to. I had to pick up a order the two saleswomen were very helpful and professional. The Christmas display was very nice I can't believe the prices on trees were so expensive but other than that everything was nice.

Bought quite a few bags of dirt and had the pleasure of meeting Mike from the garden center who took them to my car and put them in the back of my truck. So nice and respectful. It makes a difference when you get a positive employee!

I liked the lighting aisle. It had beautiful lighting fixtures and so many options to pick from.

I decided to buy a Samsung refrigerator in Lowes Brick NJ. Months ago I did purchase a Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot, the salesperson was good, but the delivery was horrible. The refrigerator came dented and they took my old refrigerator away and stuck me with the dented one while they could have made sure before they took the old one away, that the new one was in good shape. It was a bit of a hassle to call up and keep waiting for a replacement, but we opted to just get a refund, too much hassle was involved. So I wasn't going to repeat that. So I purchased the Samsung 22-cu ft Smart French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker vs. the other model I previously returned. The salesperson was really knowledgable, professional and that left only the delivery worry. I have to say the two men Lou and Spence, they were super good, careful, considerate, very careful to show the refrigerator, careful in their delivery hauling to make sure this refrigerator was carried, uncrated, and delivered in top notch condition. They communicated well, they were the best. Now I have to say they restored my faith in delivery of appliances. This is where I will buy all my other appliances now. This is my way of thanking you all for the good experience. The refrigerator looks good and it was hard to find a smaller model to fit my space but deep enough to accommodate more food which this model does have even though the other model fit the space without extending past the counter, but this Samsung model had an adjustable top shelf. My plan is too redo the kitchen to accommodate this refrigerator but the main reason I came to put my feedback, is to give you reassurance that this is the better place to shop for the appliances.

My husband and I went in search of new appliances and Ron offered to help us right away. He was very knowledgeable explaining features, differences and warranty information! We are so happy with our purchase and it’s definitely because of Ron. We will definitely seek his help again for our future home improvement needs. Thank you for your service, Ron!!

I think this is the friendliest Lowe's I've ever been in. Absolutely fantastic staff and they have everything you need.

Lowe's has a reduced plant section in the rear of the outdoor portion. Some of them are a bit worse for wear, but you can get nice perennials for a fraction of the original cost. BTW, Home Depot doesn't have a reduced section.

I ordered my kitchen cabinets (Diamond Arcadia) from the Brick Lowe's back in 2018 and I am still a satisfied customer to this day. The cabinets themselves are great and very reasonably priced, plus they have lasted over 3 years now and I have never had a problem.
When they were first delivered to me, one of the drawers did not pull out properly so I reached out and was assisted immediately by Carlos Martinez who could not have been more pleasant to work with. He ensured me they would get a new drawer delivered to me asap and it showed up at my house just a few days later.
3 years later now - I was looking for additional shelving for my cabinets so I reached back out to Carlos and within a day or two, he informed me the new shelves would be on their way to my home - I didn't have to do any work, go to the store, wait on the phone, nothing! He made the process so easy and I am so grateful Lowe's still has an employee like Carlos working there. I definitely know who to contact when I want to start a new kitchen project and will recommend my family and friends do so as well. Thank you!

Far more helpful than the Home Depot diagonally across the street. Was asked by 4 different employees during my visit if I needed help with anything. Selection was superior to Home Depot as well. Bought some porcelain tile for my kitchen at a great price! Very pleased...

This is my second time buying an appliance from this Lowes this year. First a fridge and now a washer. Home Depot is a little closer so I’ve stopped in HD first both times but both visits there was a 2-3 week waiting period for each appliances + the fridge and washer were (both) at least $50 more. Lesson learned: just go to Lowes (Brick) first!!! The associates are helpful and not pushy. Explained by budget and needs and they helped match me with the most reasonable and fitting appliances. Delivery was so quick, both times within the same week as ordering. Will definitely be using the for my full kitchen and bathroom remodel soon.

Found my new vinyl flooring with the help of ken.. so happy with this decision.. great price too. Everyone in all departments were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great customer service. They're very helpful when you ask for directions or recommendations. They're the only hardware store that sells Idylis air filters and they always have a deal when you buy more than one.

Fantastic experience. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and gave us the information needed to make an intelligent buying decision.
