Had an odd thing happen - one of my battery caps fell off my battery. Ivey took a look at it, found one on an old battery in the back, and then helped me get it on because it required removing a metal bar. Can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the employees are at this location, but a special shoutout to Ivey for going above and beyond. I come here a lot and the customer service is always this good and consistent. Thank you!

Omw to a very important appointment. I just got this new- old Hynda . I had just taken possession of the vehicle. The front brakes where scrubbing, after a few days of driving SCRUBBING EVOLVED INTO A BAD HEAVY METAL BAND EVERY STOP SIGN ...O'Reilly on Fort Jesse was on the corner
. Younger, very polite black gentlemen was very helpful . Priced the brakes & he checked the coding for faults or wiring issues NONE. ACCEABLE WITH PLENTY OF PARKING.

Unbelievably helpful staff, I had a check engine light on and Ivy was able to help me get it figured out and even fixed the problem for me. I can’t thank him enough, super helpful. So grateful to have chosen this location and saved my money. Thank you once again!

I know I leave a lot of 5 star reviews but this is top notch. young male named Ivy was very kind and extremely helpful and was able to help us figure out the problem with our vehicle. He scanned the engine light got a certain code and was able to tell us what's going on. He said it's from the readings that it was our sparkplug or ignition coil. Huge shout-out to O'Reilly auto parts and their amazing staff and a gigantic shout-out to Ivy. Appreciate you and keep it up. By the way I usually don't take more than 10 minutes to write a review but this service was so good that I just had to take the time to write this review. 😃😃😃😃😃 I'm also a 14 yr old boy who's writing this.

I had a very good experience at this store. I had 2 different cashiers that helped me today. I don't know much about vehicles but I knew I needed transmission fluid. The first cashier walked me to the aisle and showed me the type that I needed for my vehicle. I made my purchase and I was unsure of where it needed to go and returned inside the store. I encountered a second cashier that took the time to exit the store and showed me where it needed to go. It may sound like something simple and it could be something that they do all the time but it was greatly appreciated. I live well over 5 miles from that store but because of the level of customer service I received I will definitely be a returning customer. Also another thank you to the two gentlemen that helped the woman in the suburban truck. You guys rock.

I came prepared to buy a headlight and Brett came out to look at it to see if they could install it. He in 2 seconds fixed it, i guess it just needed to be adjusted. Got us on our way quickly.

Since moving back to the area, this is my first stop when I need something for my car. Today's stop was to replace my 4 yo old battery on my Highlander with a new one. They greeted me as soon as I came in the door, helped me select the right battery and then installed it for me. Knowledgeable, professional service....always! Highly recommend! Thank you again for your help.

O'Reilly had all the parts I needed! The whole staff was informed on all questions I asked and even had more options for parts than my normal parts store. Also, they had a torsion spring unloading tool in their loaner kits, which can save you an arm and a limb. Definitely coming back!

While traveling from Florida to Wisconsin we stopped for the night at the Courtyard hotel across the street. In the morning the vehicle sounds awful. I drove across the street to O'Reilly popped the hood and went inside. I asked if someone could listen to this sound. Immediately Brett came out and listened. He identified it as bad bearing in the waterpump. They had the part as well. It was Sunday and 10 am so finding a mechanic to replace it would be difficult. They suggested Angry Wankel and a couple others. I got ahold of Angry Wankel who squeezed us in on a Sunday so we could continue our trip! Please see my review for them.

Went for brake fluid and John was very helpful! He explained other possibilities of why the fluid would've been so low for a new car and gave us suggestions of what to do if there were leaks or issues with the line. Would definitely reccomend them if you need any help!
