i went in store to look for a new winter jacket. unfortunately i wasn’t able to find anything in store that fit my needs, but Sheyla recommended me a triclimate jacket that is sold online only. after a few days of wearing it i am OBSESSED !!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hoodie I liked wasn‘t on the shelf in my size so the staff checked the system and it said there was 1 left in my size, she went back to the storage and found it for me.

Great first time experience. I'm frugal so the idea of spending $200+ was crazy to me but I had heard positive things about the North Face brand. I found a great jacket that was originally $210 but was discounted by 40% and I also got a 10% veterans discount so the price was $113 and some change. It fits well and seems to be good quality.. I would definitely recommend checking out this location.

The NF clearance selection is amazing! I mean formerly, $300-$400 winter coats, fleeces, hoodies and pants - down to about $100’s or less. Now that is amazing! Everyone in my family owns a NF coat, fleece, beanie and/or pair of gloves bc their product is by far the best, and they really help keep you warm during the fall/winter seasons. NF forever baby! I always wanted to purchase one for a special 🐒🐦 who would’ve definitely approved of owning one.

The best strore from DMV area to Toronto. The manager of this exact store really takes care of it! The store is always organised and people who work there are always happy to answer all your questions. Workers know the prices and specifications of every product. Again, the manager of the store gave me the great advice about the jackets, and explain me everything I asked!
Before I visited the store in Hagerstown, and it was mess!!! Same jackets had different prices, workers are always unhappy if you ask something, and you cannot find anything just because it is absolutely mess in this store. In Potomac Mills you can always ask to find your size, or different color of any thing. And nobody cares about you in Hagerstown even if the manager is on duty. Also in Potomac Mills store is very comfortable organised! Very logically! In Toronto and near Pittsburg it was hard to find some products, and workers do not really care , even if you ask them to check it. Full ignorance.
Go to Potomac Mills TNF store and you will always enjoy your visit!

Stepped in with a little understanding of which Northface jacket to buy and that is when Rodger helped us..he spent a lot of time showing me multiple options and also knowledge on Northface jackets! He was more than amazing and I ended up buying thermoball jacket.

This was my first time in a North Face store. I'm more of a knockoff kind of guy but needed to exchange a gift jacket from my kids. They didn't have a match to my gift, but thanks to a MOST helpful and professional floor associate I found a more expensive jacket marked down by 50%! I know I will have many years of warmth wearing my new The North Face jacket!

The store is amazing.The staff was cooperative .Got three hoodies for me and 2 for my husband .But unfortunately they don't have 2xl in hoodies 😕 .But still worth every penny
