Mayo Clinic Store - Rochester

I had the pleasure of visiting the Mayo Clinic Store on South Broadway, and I must commend Patrick for his outstanding service. Patrick went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating an impressive level of knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness. His dedication truly enhanced my experience, and I highly recommend the Mayo Clinic Store, thanks in no small part to Patrick's exceptional customer service.

Brian was friendly and helpful. I was having trouble with my c-pap and he helped me get it sent out for repair. Love having a store off the Mayo campus.

Cannot get ahold of anyone to actually answer any questions. They don’t know what to answer, put you on hold and then hang up. They never left a name when they called me. So when I call back it’s like ground hogs day and have no name to refer back to. God for if they use email or something easier to track and come back to. I will go elsewhere for my services. Mayo is just over rated

Been waiting over a week for a call back from them. Never happened. I finally called them and now their tardiness will cost me over 1400 dollars. I would have been covered under insurance but once we go past the end of the year it starts over. Very disappointing when people can't do their jobs.
