Before you work with or for this company, you should hear the experience of someone who has worked for them.

"The problem is..." the president, Benjamin Howell.

His arrival is daunting to every employee as there is no ounce of professionalism once he enters the office.

Firstly, he constantly belittles his employees by hurling personal insults at them: questioning their intelligence and mental soundness.

He gives incoherent expectations, directions, and feedback that leads to confusion and a lack of understanding about the work you do.

Lastly, he possess hubris beyond the scale and scope of a person with his education and age should have.

I was let go six months into employment without warning or merit. The reason given was "not providing a birth certificate." A blatant lie protected by Georgia being an "at-will employment" state.

Preceding that action, he had just finished an argument with a colleague about the legitimacy of the colleague's own sister.

The employees do their job astoundingly well and to the best of their ability. I consider the products offered to be well-made and I morally align with the impact it has for the health of its customers.

But to any self-respecting prospective employee: expect this treatment to be indiscriminate no matter your qualifications and experience.

Technician turnover is high and job secirity is not guaranteed.

I echo the last reviewer. Do not work at this company while the current owner, BH, is there. He essentially fires everyone he hires for inane reasons. If you are a woman, you will be harassed about your weight, appearance, and more.

Great products. Great company in Germany. Terrible place to work in the US. High turnover for sales team. Bad management.
