I've never had a messed up order that I picked up or had delivered (through Doordash) from this location. The wait has never been too long (compared to other locations) whether through Doordash or me going through the drive through. For the most part the staff has always been friendly. And the one time the cashier wasn't sure how to process an order placed ahead of time, the manager was very apologetic, and it was only because that employee was new. I mean it happens! No complaints with the food quality/taste/presentation from this location either. I get what I expect from a McDonald's.

We stopped for a quick bite after church and had a really nice experience. The young ladies that took care of us were super polite, courteous, and worked hard to make sure everything was correct. We ate in and the tables were freshly cleaned and the breakfast was super hot and fresh, despite being almost 11 am. Nice job by all here, but especially the young ladies put front.

I often hit the drive-through for coffee or occasionally breakfast. The food and especially the service is very consistent. Cheryl, one of their workers, is a great example: always excited to serve the next car in an obviously genuine way.

Very awesome service and consistently!! I swing by there more days of the week than not, usually for a fountain soda ($1 any size - fairly priced vs most other FF chains at $2.50 for a L soda) bc again, for those who love/appreciate the fountain soda vs any other soda type, this McD’s consistently bas the best Mc’Fountain Soda - always perfect mix of syrup/carbonation, fresh, great taste.

This is one of the best McDonald's that I have ever been to. All of the employees were extremely polite, friendly, courteous, and helpful. They did a outstanding job and provided excellent service as well as product

The French fries are 👍 God's food.

I have to admit, my favorite thing about this McDonald's used to be the TV and the tall chair seating... I'm now a seasoned citizen with a bad back and being able to catch 15 minutes of Fox News Channel was great mid morning was real nice but that's all gone. There's not a single seat in the house that's a good height anymore or easy to use. And although I'm not a luddite, actually wrote the PING command on 3 platforms in 1982, I can't deal with the lousy implementation of the kiosks so I use the loan associate left on the order counter... and... delightful people there today. I met several, actual. Without exception they were polite, friendly, efficient. And the food was good. Coffee was exceptionally good, even for McDonald's, with free refills.

Above average McDonalds location. Nothing too crazy to write home about, but service is generally quick, and the food is always hot and fresh.

Came through the drive-thru around 8:30 tonight, and the manager Spencer was awesome! Greeted me with a smile and was super friendly which you don't see very often anymore, so shoutout to him for being awesome and making sure my food was fresh!

Drive thru is always so long , everyone loves McDonald’s in Brownsburg! The guy with the pink hair is my favorite very polite and professional!

Got my order right and didnt take long either. One thing to note, if youre using the mobile app and completig your order in the drive through, no matter what the app tells you, youll have to tell them that your order number is related to the mobile app right away or they may think youre and uber driver and try to divert you to the inside.

8/4/20 Drive through was very fast. Nice picnic tables in the shade so we could eat outside. Only downside was the trash can was on the other side of the building.

Great service, polite and accurate order. Employees didn't sound super thrilled to be working though.

The associate that waited on us was great. Food was fast and hot. Grandson wanted a different toy for his happy meal and the associate went to the back and got it for him!

Fresh and delicious fast food. The French fries, Big Mac and Chicken Nuggets were hot and fresh. Quick, efficient and friendly customer service.
