Great food, service, staff - beautiful store well maintained

I encourage you to use the front counter and the People working there to place your order. Not those screens just outta THEIR reach. They will bring your food to the your table if you sit Inside! That's great! There is a nifty little sitting area inside where you can sir back and chill for a while!! Great employees!

Only got coffee, love the coffee. The line extremely long. I went inside, no line great service. McD!!!

The food is always hot and fresh. The service is typically very quick when using the drive thru for it being peak lunch hours.

Waited 10 minutes at front counter and nobody even took the order. On a 1 to 10 scale this place gets a 0! Zero

Very fast good food and employees are very nice and respectful always giving the best they can give I recommend this McDonald’s and will keep going at least 3days a week lol

People are nice. Food was fast. I only have one complain about McDonald's and it's nothing they can help. I just want the old style apple pie like we had growing up. Luckily when I travel to Europe I can still get them cuz I don't like the apple pies here in America. Otherwise you know it's McDonald's they're classic. They're good. Great people this time

Service was fast and pleasant as usual. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasty! We will be back again soon!

I always had a good experience as the staffs are quick and nice. Obviously, at the peak hours they are jam packed which is understandable!

The manager on the evening of 4/22 was awesome she came from behind the counter to interact with a young customer to take her mind off waiting on their order. It was awesome.

I recently had the opportunity to visit both McDonald's and Burger King in Brownburg and found that, in general, Burger King was the better value for my money. The prices at McDonald's were generally higher than those at Burger King, especially for certain items such as burgers and fries.

In addition to being more expensive, I also found that McDonald's was not very allergy friendly. Many of their menu items contain dairy or are at risk for cross contamination, which made it difficult for me to find something that I could safely eat.

Overall, while McDonald's may be a convenient fast food option, I would generally choose Burger King due to the lower prices and greater allergy friendly options.

Brand new interior with the updated self order kiosks. Very cool, very fast!

This McDonald's has had a 100% success rate of having a working ice cream machine on all my visits within the past 3 years. 10/10.

This is a great McDonald's. Far better then the other McDonald's in Brownsburg on the corner of Hornaday and Main Street.

McDonald's system went down after I placed my order. They told me my two combo meals were free of charge! That was outstanding customer service and I will continue to go to McDonald's at 3828 west Morris st. For there service and generosity!

This location has decent access to I74, and we have always gotten good service here. Orders have always been accurate and delivered efficiently in both drive thru and mobile pickup.

Your a great work the morning and lunch time

Fast service and the food quality is very consistent and is as good as always. The drive thru does get busy so prepare for a wait or splurge for delivery.
