Great staff! Very accommodating. They checked us in at 4am. The breakfast was great! Thank you all so much for putting up with us. We appreciate it.

The presidential suite was amazing and so worth the money which really wasn't bad for what the room was. I will be going back here just for this room alone. Mia was amazing at greeting us and starting conversation for small talk. We enjoyed our stay very much the place was clean the jacuzzi in the room was amazing and the soaps were dove u can't go wrong with that. Thank u Baymont by Wyndham of Plainfield Indiana we had a great time.

I thought it, was an excellent place to stay ! I would definitely stay again ! The staff, was really friendly . The rooms, were very clean, bed, was comfy, and relaxing .The ice machine & pop machine, were very easy to find .The breakfast, was very good . I would rate my stay an excellent one !

We stayed overnight so we could shuttle to the airport and leave our car there while we were on vacation. Parking was a little hectic since they are revealing their parking lot. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in shower was great. Need more outlets in the room.

Handy to the airport. Nice breakfast. Lower priced gas across the street for rental car re-fill. Spacious hallways makes place seem more luxuriant than it's "star" rating. Pool and hot tub were clean. We even found a pathway within walking distance for some exercise. Relatively few close by dining options.

Hotel is a little older but clean, quiet, well - maintained with a friendly staff. They offer 24hr shuttle to airport and parking.

I absolutely loved staying here for the night. The place is absolutely beautiful, the people working here are very friendly and thorough, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and there is a Pool and sauna along with everything else they have to offer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is an awesome place… we were displaced due to a flight cancellation at 7a… my girlfriend called here… and they picked us up after we dropped off the rental and let us check in at noon( actually earlier 🤫) and accommodated us 100%…. Good people good place…. Not 5 star … but I’ll take service every time over amenities… and there are a great deal of places to eat near by and a Brew pub… I’ll choose here next time.. thank you so much for taking care of us🍻😎

Amazing very clean very quiet very very peaceful and affordable the kids had an amazing time because of the wonderful clean indoor pool was an amazing time for my 72hrs stay 💕💕

As with any of our trips, I typically call the motel ahead of time to make sure that there are no surprises when we arrive. It is unfortunate that you can't just expect a good room for the night, but we have had plenty of problems in the past with other motels. They advertise breakfasts that turn out to be a plastic wrapped 3 day old danish or a pool that hasn't worked in 9 months. Some have outdated, unclean rooms run by uncaring or burned out employees. Then there is Donna....
Donna at the Baymont was very understanding and down to Earth. She took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered, right down to what was featured on the breakfast buffet. She even made sure some of our simple requests, during our booking of the room, were brought to realization when we got there.
The room not only smelled clean, but was clean and organized well. Unlike other places, we saw no sign of any pests, there were no mechanical or plumbing issues to worry about. This place met and exceeded our expectations.
It was an overall a pleasant experience. We can't wait to stay here again.

Our room "king suite" was nice. Plenty of room, and clean.
The one thing I was unhappy about was the king size bed, the mattress was as hard a ironing board. I could of slept on the couch, it did look comfy..zzzzz😊🛌

Had pleasant room with all amenities. Especially appreciated the 24/7 airport shuttle as our flights departed and returned in the early morning. Did not find any other local hotel with shuttle service that would have worked for us.

My stay here was very good.
Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Room was clean no bed bugs. Great pool and hot tub. Convenient to food place next door is great music and drinks. Thank you for helping get through my week

All around wonderful experience staying 4 nights and 5 days at this beautiful hotel in its convenient and nice location in Plainfield, Indiana. The staff were all very sweet and helpful and the indoor pool and hot tub were awesome! Great complimentary breakfast too! They had eggs, sausage links, gravy biscuits, French toast, fruit, cereal, muffins, donut holes, and lots more. We didn't want to go back home and miss it already! lol 5 stars hands down! Awesome hotel!

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! We were greeted by the nicest lady her name is Kiara Perez. She made our stay so much more enjoyable. We came in a huge group staying for the tournaments and she did amazing with all of us. I love her so much and I would love to know more people like her.

The front desk lady was very polite. Room was great. Had an fabulous overall experience both times I have been there. Tomorrow I have a reservation so I'm assuming that everything will be the same as it was the first 2 times I went.

As a traveler who spends 100+nights a year in hotels, I am hard to impress. This hotel actually did. The Wyndham Rewards welcome gift on my arrival was a nice touch. The complimentary upgrade to a suite (Diamond level Rewards Members) without my asking was unexpected and appreciated. The room decor and cleanliness was excellent (and I check areas most people do not). The bedding was crisp and very comfortable. The pool area was also tidy, as well as the front desk area. The parking lot was well lit and easily accessible. I didn't eat breakfast but large number of kids wolfing it down looked to be enjoying themselves. I also found the staff to be friendly and quite helpful. Two thumbs up, and I will definitely stay here again when in town.

After seeing the 3 star reviews I was skeptical. Room was clean. Breakfast was not bad. A little of everything. Nice front dining area with TV.

First time here the woman at the front desk were so friendly and polite 🩷 it was quite the room looked amazing I'm definitely coming back very soon !!
