The staff at this branch of the USPS is always very kind and helpful. I go there all the time, and always leave feeling like I've been treated with kindness and respect. It seems common to hate government workers, but gosh, these folks just prove they're looking out for us.

Went for passport renewal service. The agent was super helpful as we didn't have copy of one of the document and he took a copy for us. Then he also helped with money order.
It was in and out quick and easy process.

Came here a couple of times for passport services. In both instances the services were quick and smooth. The staff is nice.

Excellent service for helping me with sending my Chinese passport for renewal with the Chinese embassy in SF. Very knowledgeable about preparing the return envelope, including using stamps on the return envelope so I can prepay the envelope and make sure it won’t expire after 3 weeks when the embassy uses it to send back my passport.

Wow - the service here is amazing! They were able to help me figure out how to send my passport to a consulate for a visa, and they were super kind the whole time. Also very good at social distancing! 10/10

Never knew that usps could give me much better experience than Fedex! Need to mail something and purchase a prepaid return envelope, it takes me less than five minutes, so easy!

Fast, Easy, and No nonsense service. The parking lot is very small and the street parking is a challenge.

Sometimes parking can be a bit scarce, but the experience in the store is fairly standard. Professional staff, efficient service.
