Advance Auto Parts

I go to Advance Auto a lot these days. They men and women that work there are very helpful with any questions you might have . You can get in and out of there with everything you need in a remarkably short amount of time.

This location has done me well for almost 20 years. The O'Reilly's is closer but they are a cluster fu of a sh show. In Walkertown this is the place to go.

1: Post a picture of your battery so we can all see why it was so hard to swap. Show us that accessory fuse box because we all know you chose lightbars before lockers.
2. Don’t come for other folks of the Jeep community, especially when they’re as kind and helpful as the gent you were just dragging.
3. Go ask someone for a hug because you need it.

Delray was very nice and aided me with purchasing the correct windshield wipers I needed. Delray also installed them for me. Great visit! Thanks to Delray.

The store manager Anthony went above and beyond to help me out today. He even referred me to a wonderful tire shop to have my tire repaired.

Sale person was great. Needed a battery for my uncle car he was very knowledgeable great customer service courtesy and professional. Remove and installed new battery without making a mess. Thank you!!

Great people if I can't find what I needed our need something looked up. they are always glad to help. Now O'Reilly's on the other hand not wasting my money I ask to borrow there jumper cables to jump off a car for Vietnam vet in the next parking lot at food lion and was going to leave my license and was told by the store manager that I could not use then so that being said Advance all the way

I was looking for a kerosene can, and no one in town had any. So, by chance, I contacted them, and my luck was good. He had one and saved it for me. Thank you for your kindness.

Great staff. Attentive when I entered, they greeted me withing 10 steps/10 seconds, displayed all the expected Covid precautions, had up to date signage, all while juggling the endless onslaught of phone calls. What a team!

I had a new employee in training I was her first side battery install so her trainer guided her through she was nervous he was very good assistant in the installation took a little longer but was happy to help with the training for a new employee she was very proud when she completed her task

The technician was very friendly and helpful. She took her time to assess my situation and decide what my issue was with my car. She cleaned my cables which some corrosion. I tried to give her a tip bc she was so gracious, which she refused.

Came in from NE to buy a car. Was able to make an emergency kit and they let me hang out for awhile while we had to wait.

Thanks for selling me the wrong parts! Because of you guys I've actually become a pretty good mechanic because I have to do every repair at least three times. It takes you guys that many times to give me the right part!

The service was excellent! With the exception that the guy is a Cowboys fan! It beats going to the dealership being charged a kidney just to tell me that I a $300 battery!

They have good prices as well! There people are very nice, polite, and will go out of there way to get what you need!
