Wendy's

Drive through on the way home from a doctor visit. We needed a little food. Grabbed a 3 biggie bags. Food was fresh, hot and not just thrown together. The burgers were almost worthy of an advertisement. The staff was friendly and prompt. Didn't need to ask for anything like napkins or straws or condiments. They gave us the right amount of each and the sauces we chose during the ordering process. It's hard to mess up a Togo order but so many drive throughs do. This one got it right and even were pleasant about it. We take for granted fast food staff sometimes but it's still a service industry and being treated with a smile makes a difference especially when you have to deal with road rage and traffic. This Wendy's is worth a visit.

BEST WENDYS EVER! The food was the perfect. Best I've had in a long time! So clean and has a 100 on health rating. The floors were spotless, no stiky spot to be found. The service was a joy to experience! The workers were so polite and joyfull. They set an example for the standard a restaurants should follow.

Since Covid started i’ve been here a few times and was never terribly impressed but the last two times i’ve been here in 2023 the service was actually quite good. Whatever problems they were having seem to be ironed out. New remodel looks good

This style had the best employees. So kind and made it easy for me to get my low carb Baconator. Best burger I've had in a long time. Loved that they put it in the salad bowl. It made it much better for me to eat my bunless Baconator. Extra lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and ranch dressing. So good!!! I'll be going back next week.

Not sure if the manager is new, but she is on point! The food was hot, dining room clean, very friendly.

We got a son of a baconator combo and a Dave's single combo. Food was good as always!

I live in Walkertown, and I recently saw a bad review for Wendy’s on Facebook. I know how simple it can be for someone to write a negative review about their experience and for it to affect a store in a whole. I came through the drive-through tonight, and was greeted with nothing but nice staff, I also was asked to pull up, but it didn’t take them long to finish my order. I actually realized I forgot to order 2 Frosty’s so I headed in side to save them a trip. The manager was inside and wanted to apologize for the wait and when I mean, it was no longer than three minutes she ended up giving me the Frosty’s for the wait!! Nothing but good things to say!

Best fries 🍟 around. They food is always good, fresh and hot.

Came through the drive-thru late. 10pm. Ordered the spicey chicken combo...the young lady told me it would be cooked to order due to the time.. would be 6 minutes... it was a little more than 6 min but food was hot and I was glad to wait for fresh food. Good experience.

Big order in the drive thru for a big family, a little complicated. The lady in the drive thru, wish I could tell you her name, was SO nice. They made our order perfect. And the food tasted so good. I gave them a tip and this verse:
Colossians 3:23 "Work hard and cheerfully at all you do, just as though you were working for the Lord and not merely for your masters"

I only eat the taco salad at any Wendy's & had to stop for years bc the chili had become so gross and watery. This location though! Rich, chunky chili...not watery at all. Thanks guys & PLEASE PLEASE keep it up, I'm quickly running out if places to eat. 🙏 ✌

Stopped in tonight to get my family dinner and I usually don't leave reviews unless it's exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This time it was awesome. I got to witness machines break down an things not go right and not once did I see an employee lose their composure. They all worked very organized and food was being prepared perfect. Crystal was the shining star if I had to choose but as a team it's all things up. Great job!!!

Our order was served quickly and just as ordered. Staff was very friendly and eager to be of service or help with whatever we needed.

Everyone is always so nice here. Never gotten an order wrong and service is fast. The $5 Biggie Bag is a great deal!

Five Star Plus rating Wendy's excellent customer service food quality taste price did not have to wait everything was piping hot and fresh I will return to Wendy's again at this location I have no complaints I will return thank you Wendy's management and staff for running a smooth fast food restaurant I have no complaints thank you again I will return.

Had to wait on food but everything was fresh and tasted great.

Always great food with fast and friendly service. They have never gotten our order wrong.
