Pizza Hut

Today I tried the Pizza Hut in Walkertown. Much better than the one in Kernersville unfortunately. All around better taste. I ordered the Large 3 topping, bacon and pepperoni are the toppings I chose

I go there every Friday for the in-laws and they get the same pizza every. They've been super happy with the food and the service as well as myself I also doordash their daily and I've never had a bad experience in that restaurant. A+ plus location

We stopped eating at this Pizza Hut a while back due to the quality, but it must have changed management a few months/weeks ago, because this is now the best Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. When we order delivery, they are always fast, the food is always hot and accurate, and it is cooked perfectly. Their app is easy to use, they are always running good deals, and the staff is always so happy when they drop the food off. I have had several good experiences with this location now. I almost never leave reviews, but this place is the most impressive fast food establishment in the area by far! Thank you so much for your great service and our kids love it too!

Sometimes things do not go perfectly when you order delivery. On a recent occasion that happened to us. Our delivery driver did not knock on the door as our comments said on the order. He says he called and spoke to a man, which apparently was not a number in our home. So, our pizza didn't make it. I of course called inquiring. I was immediately met with the manager telling me I was wrong and not so friendly, but ultimately, he made it right. The best customer service is not always about who is right, but a restaurant willing to make it right. They did and we received our pizza and wings as ordered. They are great folks at this pizza hut, and I highly recommend them. I thank them for taking a terribly negative experience and turning it in to one for which I can write a good five star review.

Quick carryout service, manager/supervisor on duty was a great choice for a job in customer service. Part of my order was wrong, and he quickly made the decision to not only make it new, but allowed me to keep the mess up; He didn't know this but I was rewarding the kids of my family with Pizza hut and I only had so money to work with and that mess up actually helped feed them more than just a slice or 2 a piece. And let's be honest here, kids can demolish a pizza just themselves. So, not only great customer service but also a blessing for my family.

5 * + rating for Pizza Hut excellent food taste quality speedy delivery. I will definitely come about the Pizza Hut again. Thank you pizzahut management staff an enjoyable experience food taste and quality is excellent have no complaints.

I picked up my order and it was ready and hot. Nice friendly service and the big New Yorker was awesome.

Placed the order online, drove to store for my Veggie lovers pizza carryout and service was fast. Very little wait time. Pizza was fresh, nice & hot! No complaints.

Pizza last night was soooooo good. It was perfectly cooked. Cheese melting off.. Perfect amount of sauce. Good job guys!!!

Forgot to add. If you haven't tried the cinnabun desert.. Its a must have.

Easy to order online. Fast and easy carryout. Pizza was made correctly and tasted great. The Supreme is a classic choice. Our favorite.

We ordered for a group/party. The pizzas were hot and fresh. The order came on time.
