Absolutely amazing friendly service in the drive thru. Warm, outgoing interaction and the employee even combined our disparate orders into a combo to be more efficient and cost effective. We were just passing through, but we wish we could experience this kind of service more often.

I love going to a clean and controlled environment. The service was prompt, food was hot and the staff was courteous. I will definitely be back‼

Would normally never review a McDonald’s since I rarely go and it’s McDonald’s but had to after a surprisingly good experience.

I have got to say as far as Mc D’s goes, this is by far the best I’ve been to. The Manager an older gentleman named Bill greeted me when I went in and was very professional and pleasant which is very uncommon for fast food. Think of the Chik Filet greeting but actually sincere. The restaurant was very clean and the food was actually fresh and put together well. Food came out fast even though they were a bit busy, and they made sure I had all I needed before I took my food. All of the employees seemed to be happy (at least for being at work) Bill must run a tight ship over there and it shows what good management can do for a fast food restaurant.

Before you question, no I am not a friend of bill or have any relationship before today. I typically don’t even go inside to order food and really dislike fast food restaurants because it’s usually horrible quality and service. It’s just very refreshing to see and thought I’d leave a positive review.

They should be rated higher. I have gone here since it opened and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone has always has a smile, and they are quick. Don’t get so worked up over an occasional cold fries lol

My order was wrong. The worker had attitude went to get it replaced, and then the manager had attitude. then he told me what I ordered was not correct on the receipt. I told him the order on the receipt was not correct to start with.

The only McDonald's that is actually fast food and always gets my order right. I've always had nothing but great service. I go out of my way to eat here. The play place sucks, though. I think they're slowly phasing it out.

This location stays pretty busy, I used curbside pickup so the atmosphere in the dining area ( my car) was awesome definitely five star. The food was what I expected it to be which was McDonald's of course. It didn't taste weird or off in any way so five stars for food consistency McD's. The young person who brought the food to my car was polite and thorough. The food didn't take long to arrive once I parked and placed my order on my smart device. This is a clean and seemingly well managed location.

I've been out of the country for the past year, and today was the first time I've been inside the Walkertown McDonald's since then. The new design looks really good. I've ordered from here a lot in the past and have rarely had any issues.

Fresh food and fast service just like I like it!

Anytime I can order a double cheeseburger with added special sauce and it is not gooped on makes the McDonald's at least a 4 star for me. Add in hot fries and there's the 5th.

New playplace my kids love it one cold or rainy days

Reidsville scales street location has gotten much better over the past year. Clean store, good management and they want to get your order correct.

I used the mobile app and it simplified my ordering process; good, hot food was ready in a timely manner and presented efficiently. Clean location and accurate friendly service!

This location has been my go-to McDonald's spot for years now. Friendly staff and decent food. They brought back an OG play place so bonus points for that.

This is alway a Great place to go, after I pick my Grandson up from Pre-K. Only if he has been on his best behavior and the teacher gives me a Great Daily report on his Behavior. He Enjoys the Pineapple mango smoothie.

Sadie the manager is extremely kind and helpful. She deserves recognition for her hard work and ensuring the safety for both her team and customers.

The lady that severe me was very very nice and pleasant and I would like to have her every time I would be in that McDonald's didn't catch her name but she was real small and not that tall 5 feet where glasses and that don't make a difference to me she was black women and like that is no big deal to me the way she handled herself was so nice that's want counts with me thank you young lady and like my pappow parson say if you are not a 100 you are still young
