On that particular day… the cook made the best fried chicken I had in awhile. Look forward to going back to order the exact same thing!

Food is delicious and always hot, staff is friendly and they always get my order correct, very clean dining room, I take my babies here often, they love the Mac and cheese, chicken and bo-berry biscuits.

This visit was really good, as are most. An Earlier visit from a week ago sucked, because I kept having to repeat my order both in the line and at the window. I was not making any special requests, but just ordered 3 stock menu items. If I had taken a shot every time they read back a different item list from what I requested, I would be dead from alcohol poisoning. However, I lived to today, when the order was right with one request and the food was great.

Quick service, food can be sub par at times and the employees could be nicer and more accommodating to the customers. We ordered 2 steak biscuits light biscuits. The steak was rock hard and the biscuits were so dark and hard from being baked too long, we went back through the drive-thru to get new biscuits. The girl at the window said, verbatim "I can't change your food, you don't have a choice but to take what we give you and NO you can't have a refund!!!!"
I emailed Bojangles corporate office, never got a response.

We came around 7pm they were really busy. Our food was nice and hot. It was one guy there with his wife who were being rude to the workers. The workers did a really good job getting everything done. We will be come to this Location a lot.

Normally, I do not write reviews, especially of fast food places. This is the best Bojangles I have been to in YEARS! Every time I go, the food is hot, delicious, and fresh. I know because I used to work fast food and I can tell when food has been sitting on a warmer forever. I've been to Bojangles in other cities where I got cold food or chicken that was almost like rubber when I bit into it (after that one I didn't go to a Bojangles for a while). So shout out to THIS Bojangles for always having yummy, HOT food, even when I come at strange hours of the day!

The staff is so credi friendly & pleasant to the people. I stopped in to visit an elderly friend & he praised the staff for cooking his food fresh & bring it out to him. Mr James a 94yr old, WW 2 Veteran, use to go to the Bojangles in Winston Salem for a long time, but now since this place has opened & is closer to his home, he is loving it. Thanks Bo staff for making him feel welcomed. You deserve more than 5 stars for sure.

What get service! The young lady at the window made a mistake with my order. I called to complain and they made sure that everything was fixed and I was more then happy when I left. It doesn’t take a lot to make a customer feel like they are important, but your staff went above and beyond. I will continue my business with this location.

The price is a tad high, but the food was fresh and hot and hit the spot! This is the best location if youre craving Bojangles!

Food was hot and delicious. Staff was courteous and even bagged all our orders separate as requested without complaint.

Bojangles is my favorite Eat out Chicken place. Unfortunatly it is not my husband's or son's so it is rare I get to eat there. I do love me some Bojangles chicken.

I love bojangles in general but this one is the best around! I went here this morning for my breakfast and it was the best biscuit I’ve had! The service was great as well, very friendly.

Love the Cajun filet biscuit. Mostly what we order. Always good and fresh. Service was good too.

Can't beat Bojangles' biscuits and chicken! This location is a convenient place for those "I don't know what I want for dinner" evenings.
