Panera Bread

Great breakfast this morning. Souffle of egg and four cheese with a cinnamon crunch bagel and regular cream cheese. Delicious. I have not been a fan of Panera Bread, but this experience was superb. Good service. Fair pricing.

When I came here, I really didn't know what to order. The guy at the counter was really patient and helped me choose an item that turned out to be really delicious. The place is spotless.

As always Panera bread is predictable and consistent. You know you're getting quality food. You know you're going to experience quality service. That's what makes this company break. This location was clean and fast. Great place to go to study or to hang out with friends. Clean bathrooms. Great prices.

Used them as a public meeting place and ended up staying until close. I tried to buy some tea because I felt bad about not buying anything. The nice lady behind the counter just gave me a glass because the registers were already closed. I'm going to make it up to them though.

I ate at Panera Bread tonight for the first time. The broccoli and cheese soup was the best I EVER had!!!!! The customer service was AMAZING!!!!! They were courteous, attentive to my needs, took the time to answer ALL of my questions, and checked on me too make sure that my experience was pleasurable. If I was a food critique I would give them an A+. I will definitely be back.

I placed an order for a catering pickup and made a mistake and put the wrong date on the online request but didn't realize until I arrived to retrieve it. The whole Hoover Panera team sprang into action to fulfill the order with gracious kindness and a servant-hearted spirit. I have done business for catering with them before and they are always top-notch. I will continue to recommend them and work with them in the future and will check my work better in the future!!! 🤦🏻‍♀ Much gratitude for the kindness and can-do attitudes!

Big change in this Panera Bread, for the better! Friendly, helpful, clean, & delicious food! I love the green goddess salad, minus onion. My favorite!

We had a nice meal here.
Three other tables were using computers so I assume the wifi is good. My wife Aand did not use it.

It was kinda hidden from the main road. We found it by chance when we decided to turn around. We could tell there were seats available so we tried it.

The pumpkin soup in a bread bowl was delicious.

This is one of the best Panera Bread's that I've ever been to! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and had a modern interior. Service was very fast even for a busy day. Our meal was ready in 5 minutes! The restaurant is on the slightly expensive side though. The reason being was because all of the ingredients are natural and have no preservatives. Overall, this was an awesome place to have lunch. Highly recommended.

Our location is short staffed, but all employees were extremely helpful, friendly, and eager to make each guest feel welcomed. The food was delicious. This location has a microwave, and I used it to warm up my pecan braid.

This was the freshest, best panera I've had in years. The one in Trussville is never right and is always stale... this was totally worth the trip!!! The staff was super friendly, order was on time and accurate.... this reminds me of how it used to be. Warmed my fat little heart

Love your employees (Cara!), very nice and helpful. I just run in if the drive-thru is closed - it's ok, times are rough. Love my daily coffee and the Mexican Street Corn Chowder is the best!

I like that I can build my own lunch or dinner . Ordered for on the go Sandwich ciabatta bread is great soup is good the kids love the desserts. Smoothie was ok to much yogurt in my opinion I had the mango one and would have liked it to taste more mango in it.

I love all Paneras! This Panera is a little out of the way for me, but I was meeting a friend there. The food is always fresh and really good. And the service is always friendly. My food is usually ready before I can fill my drink and find a table. Kudos to Panera for the fast, friendly & tasty service!

Loving the new setup with the kiosk. Don't have to wait in line if paying by a credit/debit card. They really did a great job when designing this location. Oh and the drive thru..... amazing.
