Elaine's Bagels of Shelby

So so good! I work at the salon next door and I’ve been ordering from here for over a year and I absolutely love the bagel sandwiches! I eat a couple a week and I’ve NEVER been disappointed! No matter who makes them, they are SO good! And the staff is super nice. You cannot go wrong ordering a bagel sandwich here!

We love Elaine’s! I tried to cut it out of our budget but the store brand bagels just didn’t cut it. We only go during the week, however, because the service is better than on the weekends. Thank you Nisreen and Elaine’s!

I ordered 13 bagels and a Danish (Danish not pictured because I ate it too fast. 11/10 almost turned around to get another and will likely go back tomorrow), great prices. Solid flavors. Very tall bagels

I usually eat halal meat and only go to bagel joints in NYC but not anymore. This place is absolutely amazing serving all sort of bagels and toppings plus they have the best coffee with some great dessert. Girls at the front are great, good recommendation!!!! I’m a repeat customers now, thank you

we’ve gone the last 3 Sundays and the bagels have been great! 15 dollars for 3 bagels with egg cheese and 2 had bacon, not bad! I love the salt bagel 😁

Elaine’s makes the best bagels in Metro Detroit. They are always fresh daily. The crust is nice and chewy with a wonderfully soft interior. Their cream cheese flavors are delicious. I love grabbing bagels here for home or for coworkers.

I went in to this shop before work on Sunday. I ordered a latte. Not only was it delicious, but they are able to print a photo on top of your drink. So cool!

Handy coffee/treat shop within walking distance for me. Great place to stop for an ice cream cone on a hot day. Other than coffee and ice cream, I haven't tried the other menu items.

Fantastic bagel selection and even better tasting!! They are the best bagels around! So chewy and perfectly cooked. Same female employee seems to always be working when I stop in and is super sweet. She even remembers what I like! So glad to have Elaine’s in the area!

They have the best bagels and they are always fresh. I have yet to try their ice cream, but I am sure I won’t be disappointed. The Boba’s are absolutely delicious too!

This place is pretty good. The bagels are great and the cream cheeses as well. They have yummy ice cream and bubble teas. The bubble tea is good and they have lots of flavors. The girls that work there are kind and very welcoming. So glad we have this on the corner they get a lot of our business!!!

Best Bagel place in the area, nice atmosphere, excellent customer service.

We passed by this location recently and were excited to see that a new Elaine’s opened up. We checked it out this morning and it was a great experience. The bagels were excellent and I tried bubble tea for the first time. The gentlemen running the place were very kind and the service was top notch.

My son calls this place “the bagel shop with no holes in the bagel” — He loves their cinnamon sugar but you’ll need to come early for these as they are the first to go. Pro-tip: If they are slow and out of cinnamon sugar ask for them to make one from a plain. Give them a smile and a nice tip :)

Great bagels, everything tasted so fresh! You could tell they use good quality meats and cheeses for their bagel sandwiches. They also have some really good baked goods, like muffins and an AWESOME slice of tiramisu! Elaine's never disappoints, no matter which location you go to.

There was paper inside of my iscream cone... Good thing I like paper.

Update: owner gave us a free bubble tea when she saw my preschooler was needing some extra TLC. Above and beyond. Amazing place.

Great place. Extremely friendly staff and good service. Coffee was great, prices were average. They had some pretty great nitro cold brew. Also the owner was very pleasant and starting a business in a pandemic is very admirable. Hope the best for the business and hope to visit again soon.
