Dr Lee is very professional, the office runs smoothly and staff is outstanding.
Dr Lee is genuinely concerned for patients welfare, even though I may not agree, he is constantly looking out for what is the best path for treatment.

Have never felt I received anything but the best of care. Staff, Dr and NP are always friendly and courteous. When other Drs didn’t listen, Dr. Lee referred me to the specialist I needed and has continued to monitor my treatment. Thank you so much

I was seeing Dr Lee for about 1/2 yrs and everything was fine until I ask him if he did steroid shots or any therapy and he told me no. But he could refer someone else and I told him no never mind. A couple of months later I decided to go get another option because the medication wasn’t working so I went see Dr Richard Webb in Foley and he did another MRI. Dr Lee ordered one the year before plus after Dr Lee ordered the MRI last year I had a fall so I went to see my neurosurgeon who ordered his own MRI. MY neuro surgeon whom I seen for neck and back issues did do surgery on my neck in 2016 and he said that my back did need surgery but I chose not to have the surgery but long before all of this I had problems with my back. Well I was told by Dr Webb there was nothing wrong with my back and he wasn’t giving me any medication. I never asked him for medication. I was told by Dr Lee that my pain wasn’t enough for him to go up on my medication. I don’t and won’t be on pain medication. I wanted help I think Dr Lee put in my chart something about medicine. I went to a neurosurgeon in Pensacola and was immediately told the same MRI that both Dr Lee and Dr Webb looked at but my doctor scheduled my surgery and thank God he did. I had a bone spur on my nerve and both of my two disk where completely deteriorated. It has been 5 1/2 weeks and I am off the pain medication and I can finally walk without feeling like I was going to fall.
So I have been let down by this doctor. When I moved from Louisiana I told Dr Lee everything but I never doctor shop and I am not a drug attic. His office staff were amazing of course. But Dr Lee did not treat me with the respect I deserved.

Dr lee has an awful bedside manner and can be insulting I wouldnt recommend him to my enemy you would be better off going to.a.one star dr. If I could give 0 I would. dr lee verbally berated me as he screamed at me the very first time we met. I suffer from white coat anxiety now after being his patient. Go anywhere else

Even though I went to nearly a year of appointments, I never felt comfortable with this medical doctor. He was very cold and remained about 10 ft away from me typing notes into his laptop. He’d ask how I was doing, but never responded. The nurse, whom I felt I had good report with, implied, I was a trouble-maker on every appointment with them, when I addressed some concerns with her. I was taken a back with her demeanor. I told her she had me confused with someone else. The wait time can be anywhere from 45 mins to 3 hours wait time. I’ve have now left, would’ve left sooner, had I known how to get into another Pain Mgmt. Group. There are other caring medical doctor’s in this fie
.

Was discharged as a patient and told that my prescription was no longer available. office refused refills after I am unable to come to the office with a cough. I have pneumonia and a negative covid test but still can't come. So now before a storm I am now out of meds completely and have to hope and pray I can find a doctor to take me asap.

Also, bedside manner is rough, started taking meds from GP that was told may make me gain weight informed dr lee who then told me that meds had no calories and that my weight gain was my own fault from poor food choices.

I never failed a drug test, never complained. So the nurse practitioner discharged me because she didn't understand what I was saying and hung up on me. I was not yelling I was struggling to speak due to the pneumonia I have.

Also, he believes he is the only doctor in the county that can properly dispense meds. Trust me y'all, he will leave you without meds for days. He told me on the first visit that he never matched previous doctor's orders so be prepared for a change.

Arrogant and negligent.

After being referred by a friend I made an appointment. Bad motorcycle wreck. Shattered pelvis. Great deal of pain.

Waited two and a half hours to see him. Rudely said there is nothing he can do for me. Really? Did you even bother looking at my medical records? No. Gave me the “regulations” speech. I’m like, I have a shattered pelvis. I think I qualify. Nope.

Do not use this practice. I will go elsewhere.

Been to Dr. Lee for a year+ now. He never seems concerned about my personal pain. It is just about the Regulations. No other suggestions but to continually be in pain. My time has never been recognized as important- many wait times over an hour. The staff is very nice and helpful but I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Lee.
