I was doing remodel of my house and needed carpet and tile. When I went in I had a very specific look I wanted but no knowledge of carpet or tile.
Kodiak was the perfect person to help.
He explained what kind of carpet would be best for me, a cat owner and maybe future dog owner, but someone who also wanted white carpet.
He showed me the endless tile samples and explained what kind would be best for the room I had. He kept my budget in mind, which I was failing to do...he pulled me back in when I was getting out of hand. i appreciated this!

What impressed me most about Carpet
Plus was Kodiak, the fact that it is a family owned business and the attention to the customer from beginning to end.
From the sales to the installation of the tile where Dylan showed me where the wood floor people had left an unfinished job. He showed me how to fix it. Kodiak following up to see if I was happy with the tile, to the carpet installers who made sure I was okay with moving furniture back.
I've had contractors of all kinds in and out of here for the past 2 years and this is one company I have not had one problem with at all.

Great customer service! Highly recommend for any flooring needs. We got carpet installed in both our basement and living room. Very pleased with the outcome and Kodiak was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He did not try and up sell us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We were looking to redo the entire main floor of our house, Reid at Carpets Plus was great to work with. No pressure as we looked at samples and once he saw what we were looking for he pulled similar samples. He was very responsive to any questions and kept us updated on the ordering and installation process. TD Flooring who they contracted to do the installation was amazing. Work was cleaned each night. Crew was very friendly and professional.

We live 1+ hour away, but chose CarpetsPlus because of their reputation in customer service. This proved to be a great choice because they were so helpful in answering all of our questions! We had two flooring needs in our home:carpet in one area and plank flooring in another. The crews they sent to install were both so professional and made sure we were fully satisfied with the product and answered any remaining questions before they left. We needed a quick turnaround time for carpet install, and Carpets Plus was able to help us determine options, schedule installation, and complete the project in short order. The install team was extremely helpful and friendly, and did a wonderful job getting a large job completed quickly and professionally. While I hope to not have any flooring needs again any time soon, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Carpets Plus for any future projects. Kodiak was very pleasant & knowledgeable. I recommend this place for flooring. The installation crew of Richard & Larry do a great job. Just like it was their own. We dealt with them for whole house flooring in the past.

My new kitchen floor was put in by Dylan. He did an awesome job. He had to rip up the old floor and then lay the new. He also put in new molding. I love it. Reid helped me pick out the floor as it’s been years since I’ve done this. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful!!

We had a good experience with Carpets Plus for our basement remodel. Mariah was our salesperson/single point of contact and she was very responsive/attentive throughout the process. Installers did a good job laying pad/carpet and came back out a few days later to address minor issues I identified after the first vacuuming. Carpet decision to measure to install took around 4-5 weeks. Selection was good, prices were fair and they finished on-time and on-budget. I would purchase from Carpets Plus again.

Had a fantastic experience purchasing flooring for the first level of our house (living room, kitchen and laundry room). Carpets Plus was great. Everyone there was extremely helpful. We did new vinyl plank flooring throughout our entire house. It was a pretty big job. The order came in fast and with a good price. We came up short and they were able to get what we needed right away. The flooring looks perfect and has held up under everything my family and dogs have thrown at it. Thank you Carpets Plus.
