Awhile back my wife needed to stop in and buy some items. Most men admit that this is not a store that they enjoy spending time in. The lights are bright and the smells can be overwhelming at times but during this visit I didn't have much of a choice.

This store had, what was likely, the cleanest public restroom I have ever seen. The vanilla air freshener was top notch and the handsoap was wonderful as well.

I left that restroom feeling refreshed and pampered. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I was greeted when I walked in the door. I was given time to peruse and then I was offered help in finding what I was looking for. I also asked for a recommendation on mascara products, which was given. I have only sampled the products for application.
I'm hoping the products actually stay on the lashes.

Melissa and Eric are fantastic. They helped us to shop for the clean cosmetics that I have to have. Every time we go in there they give such amazing customer service. Everyone there is so nice but we just love Melissa and Eric.

Such a great experience. My 1st time visiting an Ulta store. From the moment we went inside, we were greeted and asked if we needed help. Everyone was so nice, super friendly, and they made this a great experience for me and my sisters.

I went in today looking to get a hair cut, and I was actually really scared thinking they wouldn’t be able to fit me in. Also I haven’t dyed or cut my hair in about 8 or 9 years. So I was terrified. A nice young woman walked me over to the salon and got me set up with another hair stylists there for a walk in. She was the sweetest lady! Her name was Ashley s. She made me feel comfortable and she was confident in what she was doing and knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut when I explained it. I’ve had multiple times in my life where I’ve hated how my hair was done, but I will deff be coming back. Ashley was telling me she was new to the location and how she’s trying to build her clientele. I truly recommend her she was great and very sweet. Thank you for giving my hair some life back to it!

Fun day out celebrating my Sisters birthday. The staff were so outgoing and friendly. The store is very well organized, clean and well stocked. Went in to buy 2 things, but ended up spending $380.00 before we left! Lol

Greeted by Melissa upon arrival. She answered my questions and was honest with her product recommendations & reviews. She double checked with an associate on which products would be best for my issues when she didn’t know. Overall a lovely and quick experience. Thank you Melissa!

Darcy was amazing!! She helped my friend pick out great products and really helped explained the purpose of each of them and how to use it! Definitely went above and beyond, this is what excellent customer service is about. Even when she was helping us out, she also made sure other customers were greeted and taken care of at the check out as well. Definitely will be back to get my makeup products updated!

i went and got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and miranda did amazing, i definitely recommend going and seeing her if you need your brows done!

I’ve only shopped at the Wentzville Ulta, but they are very good about returning products or exchanges. They are also very quick on pick-up orders. Most time they are ready within the hour or less.

Staff was super friendly and they have a great supply of products for me and my skin allergies. Will be buying my products from here over Amazon from now on. They let you sample everything and see if you like it.

Eric did a wonderful job helping me find the colors that worked for me. This was the best experience I had at Ulta.

The staff at this store are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I have gotten great advice for makeup better suited to my lifestyle. Additionally, sales and points keep me coming back.

The salon staff and manager are absolutely amazinggg! Rebecca did my hair an she is so detailed oriented took her time to listen to what i wanted an the results were mind blowing! The salon staff made me feel so welcomed an at ease it was a great first time experience, i'm definitely coming back! Plus the manager of the salon was so supportive an helpful during my 6 hour hair transformation.
