Office Depot

Needed some office supplies for work. Yoli gave us great customer service support. We had a coupon that we had printed, however it was online only. She was able to give us an in store coupon that gave a bigger discount than the we had. Thank you for your help Yoli.

Troy went above and beyond to help us. We wasn't sure if HDMI to HDMI would allow us to extend the display on a monitor we were wanting to buy so he hooked it up to show us among many other things. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and spent a lot of time making sure we were taken care of. It's hard to find people willing to go the extra mile nowadays. He deserves a raise!

Employee greeted me right away and assisted me with finding my purchase. Also, she made sure I bought the most affordable item which I was looking for. Employee was professional and friendly.

I had an annoying question for the furniture dept and Angela helped me with kindness and quickness, ensuring I will purchase the item from Office Depot. Go Angela!

I love Office Depot on Brainerd Road in Chattanooga, TN for Luna and the entire staff are knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and treats each customer with pride, dignity and integrity. I frequent the store at least twice a week for copy and print jobs and I am truly amazed at the quality of work they produce.

Luna, Yoli, Troy, and, Adi are the best! Always super friendly and helpful. Every time I come in they get my orders done quickly without any issues. I love the Brainerd Office Depot!

Liz and Hunter were great. Their same day print services were amazing and the store looked great too. I would use them for print services anytime. You hear about a lot of bad customer service these days, and these guys were the opposite. Offering to go above and beyond to help and genuinely caring.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Hunter! He made my shopping experience enjoyable, quick and easy. I had a gift card and tax exempt and some of the items were in stock and some of them had to be ordered on-line. Hunter was patient, kind and knowledge through the whole process. He ordered the items I needed, honored an online price difference and updated our account with a new address. He genuinely was concerned about the customers needs and made my visit stress free and enjoyable. I will be back because of the service I received! Thank you Hunter!

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable! The business cards they print are of very high quality! I have ordered from them for many years for our staff's business card needs. I am always quite satisfied with each visit to Office Depot. The customer reps greet me when I enter the store, and they are most helpful in directing or taking me to items I need to purchase.

The young man that helped me upload very personal documents was very discrete and respectful, also helpful and the conversation WAS phenomenal.
