Dunkin'

Coffee is always great, but today was the worst service ever, had to wait to be noticed. An employee started the coffee and walked away while others are wandering around. Service here has never been this bad

We were passing through and my wife wanted to grab a quick coffee here.
She did a pickup order inside and they were slammed with customers at the time. My wife was very impressed with their speed of service.

I love this location! Ms. Donna helps make the mornings a little better! I only gave 4⭐ for atmosphere bc the drive thru menu has been down for about a month now & that’s ridiculous! I’ve never had a negative encounter at this location! My coffee is always hot & fresh & my bagel is always toasted to perfection. If you want to start your morning off in a positive way, visit this Dunkin!

I really like the team of young people in the store. I was there on 1/2/2022 around 10AM. Everyone was really sweet. I can tell the young lady at the register was still trying to learn how all the orders work, so another colleague jumped in and assisted. There were a few things missing from my order and they pleasantly fixed it. The manager in the back was fast and professional. Her demeanor was that of a strong woman that knows how to manage young people through example and not bossiness. The establishment was clean. I hope this location continues to run this way. I had a good experience.

Some of the employees could be a little bit more friendlier and not so much as I'm bothering them at the locust Grove GA location and I tried to order off app and get my offers but was not that good at technology stuff and asked for some help but it was like talking to the wall and I was the only one at the store and no one in drive thru..Must of been having a bad day..

I always get the Charlie, gotta tell them light and sweet cause it's a bit on the bitter side. But it's perfect light and sweet. Almost taste like a coffee milkshake!

I visit Dunkin almost every morning and Donna always a greets me! She has the sweetest personality and she always makes my mornings

I love the new food menu and everything I have tried is delicious. The donuts are good, but alot of times when I go the selection could be better. They are out of my favorites, but to be fair it could be the time I go.

Well yes we didn't go to Dunkin we usually go there three or four times a week only usually when they come out with certain flavors and all but we do try to have it at least a couple times a week but not every day cuz it gets too expensive.

Love getting coffee from here. Food is good too. Will be going back. All of the staff is amazing, very friendly and makes you feel welcomed at the store I haven't had any bad experiences here. This is our FAVORITE place to get coffee.

Visited the location at Exit 212 (Locust Grove, GA) at 10 a.m. during our 3 hour commute to a work-site. The coffee was great as were the croissants my husband inhaled. Too bad the drive through cashier wasn't friendly at all :( Guess not a morning person like myself. Smiles!!

We thoroughly are well taken care of. They know who we are when we come in. If they make a mistake they correct it for us. Excellent we love Dunkin donuts over Starbucks. Thank you for treating us well.

Very clean store and super friendly staff on this Christmas morning. Appreciated being able to stop for a hot cup of coffee and delicious bagel on our long drive. Everything was great.

Everyone is so nice and they understand my accent that means they are open-minded people! and good vibes and many who do not understand try to understand you with the best positive vibes!!!! I love it!!!!

Love this location. Very fast drive thru. They have never messed up my order. I come here 5 days a week. I run on Dunkin, lol.

This is my favorite Dunkin to visit. They always get my order right and make my coffee perfectly. Others I have visited just don’t make it the same.
