I've not had a bad experience here when visiting and do agree with other reviewers that the staff are accommodating and go above and beyond. There was a time my daughter and I were speaking with another customer, one of the staff overheard and she checked her inventory and brought us comparable items which was a win-win. Another time, a cashier had issues ringing up our order with coupons and promos and completed our order ensuring the best deal was used. It was timely (for other guests awaiting to check out) but I appreciated the attention and patience given by the employee. This is service I really appreciate and makes me a frequent shopper.

Had a great experience with Lisa in this store. I was a novice to the wallflowers and scents. She helped me pick out some great smells and the perfect wallflowers. The cashier who’s name. I didn’t catch was very helpful as well. They helped me narrow down my selection when I wanted to remove 3 of the 9 scents I purchased

Loved that they're having a body spray sale today! Even on new body sprays! Still wish they had some coffee sachets or something. The scents start to smell alike after a while of spraying and smelling new scents! The associates that work here are so nice! 🙂

These ladies are super friendly! They run a tight ship. It was clean and neat and tidy. Several associates went out of there way to save me money/get me the best deal. The scents are wonderful. They took away my favorite scent but have some good ones to pick from.

I went into this location looking for my favorite home scent, Marshmallows fireside. Disappointed that I couldn’t find it, I asked one of the store employees. She said they no longer had that, but she came up with the idea of mixing Palo Santo with Vanilla Bean. IT WORKED!!!! I am super happy and my home smells amazing again! Her kind help and extensive knowledge turned my frown upside down! This is the level of customer service that will definitely keep me coming back! Thanks so much!!

My mother purchased some items but did not realize they had a special. The cashier allowed us to return and add more in order to get the better deal. We truly appreciated that.

The stores always have pleasing displays and a good viewing (and importantly smelling) setup to view all of the products. Usually there some solid deals or coupons available so it's a good place to stop into.
