Jasmine the store manager was the best she helped with by switching service from Verizon to cricket and also help me save $30 a month on my bill not to mention I was having issues getting my account number and transfer pin and she called customer service and got it done with no problem. She has best customer service and I recommend a raise and a higher pistion

I was have problems with my old iPhone 6 went into cricket at 10.20 am to get a new phone my service with Jasmine was amazing this girl spent all day trying to get me the best deal possible we had so much trouble getting my old carrier to release my phone number jasmine never gave up. It was an all day process but she made it happen. And even after getting it all settled spent the time helping me set up new phone. She is an amazing person. Thank you Jasmine

I went to Cricket Wireless just to update my daughters phone, but the service I received from Kara and Amanda was beyond great! So great I literally walked out of the store with 2 new iPhone SE and all the accessories to complete my phone and make my kids happy!! They interacted with my kids as well which was a plus for me!! Came in today for a phone, and Corey was awesome with helping me figure out what plan and phone to choose. He was very knowledgeable and he switched my phone number over also. The other employees were also awesome. I recommend coming to this store if you want a great deal on a phone! Corey is really cute too ! :)

I went to the Locust Grove store just to get help with my phone. Kara and Amanda were so great. They not only helped with my phone they also gave me info on their plans and about switching to Cricket. These girls are amazing.
