The UPS Store

FedEx is my go to place for exceptional customer service. Truth be told, the employees here are phenomenal! Most of my packages get shipped there for whatever reason and I have never seen them drop the ball. Not once!!! Kudos to these amazing ladies!!!

The Staff knew their job well. They were all very accommodating. They were efficient in multi- tasking when there was long lines . I was surprised under pressure of getting customers taken care of, they were extremely kind and professional.

Super helpful when trying to get a print for a gift. Ladies were super nice and quick with the line, always get in and out. OH AND the Amazon return kiosk is ammmmazing.

Everyone in the store has always been extremely helpful, but on Sunday September 24, 2023, I went into the UPS store on Bill Gardner Parkway with a printing project. Miss Kimberly gates was extremely knowledgeable of the function being performed. We had a few little hiccups she spent the time to take care of everything and make sure it was right, and solve the issue that we were having so that I was a print my project and I was 100% happy with the end result. Thank you so much for being so knowledgeable and being pleasant and patient through the whole process thank you so much you made my week

Friendly, fast service, associate was able to multitask without taking away from her attention to my purchase. I will definitely be back.

The ladies in the UPS store were very friendly and helpful today, even while being so busy with the after-holiday returns.

Great store to go to! All of their equipment was up and running and the staff was very nice! I didn’t know what I was doing when I walked in and they were very understanding with my questions. I needed to print a label and they even helped me out by telling me that USPS picks up from their location! Which saved me a stop! I would definitely recommend this store! Fast, equipped, and accepting off other companies packages!

These ladies always provide great service, no matter how long the line is! I think so many folks support this location because of the outstanding customer care. Kendra, Bridget and Michelle are a few who have helped me, they are all great there.

I use this store often to return Amazon items mostly, but sometimes for other things such as copies, fax, cards, packing materials. I have always been treated nicely. Their customer service has always been exemplary. I read one review where a woman gave a 1 star rating. It seemed to me that she had a bad attitude when she first went into the store. Stores do run out of what you need at times, but that's no reason to act like a spoiled 2 year old. These workers are doing a good job, but they are human just like the rest if us. If you treat them with respect, they will respect you.

Every member of the staff was professional, kind, and provided exceptional customer service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the assistance I received. I highly recommend this UPS Store. If this store isn’t in your area, do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles.

Stopped in the UPS Store in Locust Grove this afternoon to have some documents printed that I inadvertently left at home on my printer and didn't have time to return to pick up. The store was packed and the three ladies behind the counters had their hands full. That didn't stop them from providing EXCELLENT customer service. Ms. Abbott was very courteous, took care of my needs very quickly, and assisted the next customer in line while she helped me. The excellent service I was provided was the exact opposite of what I experienced during my last trip to a UPS Store in Tucker, GA. That experience was so bad that I dreaded even walking into my local store, so I was extremely pleased to have the positive experience from these three ladies today. In a world where "customer no-service" has become the norm, Ms. Kendra McLester (store owner) is doing a fantastic job. Perhaps she can give the owner of the Tucker store some pointers? Great job, ladies!

I arrived at the Locust Grove store greeted by Michelle W with a smile and positive attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure my package was shipped and to ensure all the paperwork was correct. She was very patient and professional.

The convenience, ease, and friendly service for Amazon returns is superb.

Great location with great customer service. I was glad to hear that in the near future they will offer additional services at this location. The are also under new management. It was a pleasure to met Kimberly today, she was very attentive and engaging.

I had two items that I was unaware, that needed to be boxed in order to ship back to Amazon.
I didn't want to spend money buying two boxes, so the owner went to the back and grabbed two boxes for me and didn't charge me a dime.
Kudos, for great customer service, it's hard to find these days and I really appreciate you going above and beyond!
