By far the best store I’ve been to. Great customer service always super helpful and friendly. Definitely make this your home Verizon store! Top notch customer service is hard to come by now days. Ask for Paul, Lauren, Bee or Zack. I’ve been assisted by each individual here and they are all amazing. Hope this helps!

The store was in superb shape. The customer service was excellent, outstanding customer service from both individuals that were working. They were very patient and they kindly answered all of our questions even if it was a common sense question they did not make you feel stupid they were great. I highly recommend this store location for anybody that needs attention with their devices.

Zack was awesome and just the best. He explained things in a way that I could understand and he was patient with me and he was just an overall great person to work with. Very knowledgeable and I just can’t say enough good things about him. Thank you for making the new phone transfer and experience as exciting as it should be.

Bee was absolutely amazing! She was professional, exceptional service. Customer service made a huge mistake with my iPhone purchases. Bee took the time to get this situation handled. It took about a month but Bee was there every step of the way with calls, voicemails and confidence that she could handle the situation, and she did.

Had a great experience, and spend some money with Paul at Verizon in Locust Grove store. He was very helpful even though he had two other customers before me he was dealing with. He did not put me on the back burner he helped all three of us with the greatest of ease. I will be back there when I'm in the area if I ever need anything from Verizon. I’m in Locust Grove at the Verizon Paul and Laura are awesome. They took care of me. They’re very patient and they were so nice. They need a raise. Lol I love them. They deserve 10 stars.

The shopping experience was excellent except the stools they have provided to sit on.. uncomfortable, my back hurts today from it. And.... it was too hot in the store, thermostat was on 80 and the employee could not adjust it.

The young man that waited on me was great! He was the only sales associate in the store and it was the night before thanksgiving and he had several other customers and had us all up and out before closing. Great customer service!!

My mom and I went to this location on a whim and I am so glad we did because we received exceptional service!!! We visited the store on 3 separate occasions and every time we dealt with Paul. Paul is a freaking rockstar! He was patient, nice, super professional, and knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions(we had a lot) in a way that was easy for us to understand. I don’t know how much Paul gets paid but I am pretty sure he needs a raise or a nice bonus, he deserves it! It’s so rare to get that kind of customer service these days.
