The team here provided excellent service from speaking to a partner to help me decide what drink to buy to picking up the final product. Starbucks is the place to go to get your customized drink fast and have a pleasant start to anyone's morning 💛💛💛

Excellant coffee and fast couteous service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and miraculously had no trouble parking. It seemed like a great place to work as well, with many smaller areas that seemed private. I will definitely be stopping back in, especially to see the beautiful mural!

The people here are literally the best. I’ve never once had a bad experience here, they’re always the kindest people with the best drinks. They’re great! My favorite starbucks.

I love this Starbucks so much! The staff are always so kind and on top of things. Shoutout to Daniel for having the best multi-tasking and customer service abilities ever. Also shoutout to one of the baristas who I said looks like Emma Stone. I would say come to this Starbucks, but it's always busy so... keep on coming. :D

I would just like to say thank you to the baristas at this location for being quick and friendly. This location can get pretty busy and is not very big, so plan accordingly. The store is always clean and they are very consistent with their quality. Matter of fact, I’m craving a peppermint mocha right now….

Very ambient, warm environment with great service and friendly staff. Great place to get work done — studying, writing or coding — with comfortable, cushion seats. But the seats are a little limited: the capacity seems to only be around 25, so come early.

I ordered a drink that was way too sweet (completely my fault with what I put in it) and I got really nervous about asking for a new one. Finally got the confidence to, and my server Barbara was SO SWEET. She made me feel really comfortable and made sure I got a new drink without a problem at all.

I really enjoy this Starbucks. Get drinks here all the time. But today I feel pretty happy.

This is a consistently outstanding Starbucks with speedy, accurate and very friendly service. Also, the inside is really nice. One thing, though - if you go here in the early AM, be prepared to run into a crowd of folks that often hang around outside asking for change and/or catcalling.

Worked here for three years. It can get crowded, even past the normal times, because students come and go. The mural is beautiful though, and the staff is definitely willing to work with you. My favorite Starbucks by far.

Great location, spacious seating for a campus coffee shop, friendly staff.

The baristas here are great. The service is fast and they're great at handling high traffic. I get the light roast (they usually have Veranda blend for pour-over) and they make it strong, which I like. Get a grande in a venti cup for enough room for cream. I can't speak much for the food, but the scones are decent.

I go here to study and do school work a lot and it can get packed since UNC is so close. I haven't had an issue finding a seat yet, though. There is a constant flow of people in and out, since it is located at the busiest place in Chapel Hill, so if you're someone who needs peace and quiet when you hit the books this probably isn't the place for you.

But, if you want to grab a quick coffee on the way somewhere, this is the place. Never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.

I love this bright sunny location, as it brings in many a student, Professor, UNC medical staff and sports fan coffee, tea and pastry eficionato in it's doors for a break between classes, patients, before, during and after a game to cheer UNC teams on. Samples are often offered, and everyone is treated with respect from a free cup of water to a mistaken order. Young adult patrons learn to share space, and alleged high turnover staff are students that go home during breaks or after graduation- hence the need to adjust business hours. This store is the last of other NC stores to get a "facelift", and a larger locale would make it a place for more staying customers (bright gifted students take over for hours, lol). Great variety of music and persons from all over the world pass through, making each customer feel like they have visited another wonderful part of the globe. At this locale the customer is always right, a strong policy SB believes in, and I know this because I am from NY where it is run exactly the same way. For such a laid back state, there are plenty of coffee lovers, not like "type-A" NYrs, lol. NC just handles pressure differently I guess. Always stop through here when in town... some things never change, and the clean, efficient, hard working and accomodating staff of this SB hopefully never will.

Can you believe that I get the same thing from here every single day - chai latte, vanilla style. It's pretty incredible because I go so much and so often that the cashiers have learned my name and my order by now so I just go in and they take my card and swipe it without asking

It's a Starbucks, lots of employees are students so they are usually very friendly. Great place to study as well! Gets busy around class changes and exams

I didn't think it was possible to actually drink velvet-- but apparently the baristas at Starbucks were eager to prove to me how incredibly smooth they could make my drink.

Just what we expect from Starbucks. Nice employees, nice customer service and good drinks. We are out of staters and all went well with our visit.

Great atmosphere. The server was nice, I think his name was hector or something.

Friendly staff. Very quick. I wish they would communicate more. It is very business like transactions.
