Man what can I say. Mr Moetaz was amazing. From the moment I walked he was honest with me about not having certain mattresses and he told me where I could go try them. Great customer service! He was not selfish. He said go to Fairfax try it and they will take care of you. I ended up coming back and buying a great mattress, adjustable base and pillows from Moe. Mattress firm needs more people like him.

The salesman, Moetaz was very knowledgeable and patient as I selected a new mattress. He allowed me to take my time on each mattress, to ensure I would be completely satisfied with my selection.

Tanveer was very knowledgeable about the product offerings and assisted me in my purchase decision. He made the whole experience pleasant and easy, and made sure that I got the associated perks to complement my mattress!

I had a very no pressure sales experience which very much focused on my needs and my budget with no annoying attempts to upsell me on items I didn’t need or want. The sales person was very personable, knowledgeable and listened closely to my needs. One of the better buying experiences I have had in a long time

I worked with Moetaz to procure a new bed for my 2.5 year old. He is very knowledgeable about what the beds the store offered and he gave us a great deal. I would definitely do business again when it is time to my a new bed for my son.
