As always, the store was loaded with fresh and interesting clothing. My wife found the perfect pants for an upcoming event. The staff was friendly and helpful with no pressure. Enjoyable even for me, and I was just along for the ride! A+

Had a great experience shopping here! All associates were extremely helpful in getting a dressing room started and were very kind without being overbearing. Selection at this location is awesome compared to the smaller store in Franklin, and I appreciated the layout/merchandising at this location. I’ll definitely be back to visit.

My favorite store in person or online! But this location is great. The sales associates are always so nice and personable. They have beautiful displays, and the store is fairly clean. Plus there are so many great stores and food places around it, as well as Whole Foods.

Had to return a Christmas gift from my daughter. I did not have a receipt, but was allowed to exchange it for something of equal value. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and encounter with management. I will shop there in the future!

It's expensive but most people already know that about this brand. It's still worth stopping by for the classy shop design and to check out not just the clothes but the office supplies and home decor as well. Sometimes you'll find a great bargain on a tiny trinket or on the clearance shelf if you keep your eyes open.

I read the reviews and thought I might get rude service here, but actually all the associates were kind and asked me if I found everything I needed. I came for a dress to wear at a wedding and didn’t find one, but did find other cute things :p

Always well-staffed with the friendliest salespeople. I'm usually tagging along when we go to this store, but there's always something interesting to find, pick up and look at.
